Most of this 17u team have been playing together for many years & are great friends, love & support each other on & off the course & have learned by the example of their @pga Coach Tele Wightman. They all have benefitted from multiple allied Utah junior golf programs #utahgolf

PGA Tour in Bermuda: BYU's Kihei Akina (66-67) adds another PGA Tour U Accelerated point with made cut. He's T13. Mathematically possible he keeps top-10-ing and never comes back to college golf. Sounds crazy, but true with 4 events left after this one. Zac Blair (65-69) is T23.

Tomlinson's 16-under-par total missed the 36-hole tournament record by one stroke; Patrick Fishburn (2017) and Peter Kuest (2020) went on to win comfortably at Riverside, but they had bigger leads after 36.
