I’m willing to give Butker the benefit of the doubt for now, but the fact is he has missed 21 kicks over his last 36 games. That is not remotely close to good enough, especially for the highest paid kicker in the NFL. They cannot trust him right now and it’s going to have a serious impact kicking decisions as the season goes on. He needs to figure it out, and quick. The problem is, I’m just not sure there is anything they can do about it this season because of his cap hit.
