Let me clear up what’s being twisted about H.R. 9237’s Section 108: it does not touch a single veteran’s current rating for sleep apnea or tinnitus. Protected. Full stop.
What changes is how new claims get judged on whether your treatment is actually working, not just whether a CPAP sits on your nightstand.
Taking care of America’s veterans means two things: protect what they’ve earned, and build better for the ones still walking through the door.
