Listening to @mrgoldie 's Timeless, proven by its namesake, as it always will be. What an incredible milestone in music. It made music incredible.

I discovered an elixir of life in DnB, and the therapy it brings 25ish years ago. It's builds me up, releases me, never fails me and it's evergreen. I can never tire of it. I married my wife for the same reasons. Times change but DnB, and @naomiraemusic are forever.

As a GP and urgent care doctor I’ve written this simple flow chart (in accordance with @PHE_uk guidelines) to help parents make sense of all the conflicting advice out there. “Does my child with a cold need a covid-19 swab?” #COVID19 #Covid_19 #SARSCoV2 @NHSuk @NHSEngland

Clear skies in Cardiff tonight. Perfect for star gazing in the hot tub with a good beer.

@MagicRockBrewCo Human Cannonball DIPA deserves recognition and a serious 🍻. The hop flavour is something to behold. Is this the hoppiest beer ever? #justhadamoment

@MagicRockBrewCo my 7 year old daughter said (without prompting) that Human Cannonball smells of hops stronger than actual hops..and I agree.. and I'm a brewer too!!
