- half of a nice thick med rare ny strip steak - japanese bbq sauce fortified w some beef bouillon, ginger and garlic. tiny splash of rice wine vinegar too - fried egg w/chili crisp - slaw made from fuji apple matchsticks, green onion whites, thinly sliced ice water rinsed shallots. dressed with lemon juice, salt and a touch of honey unbelievably good, will definitely be making it again
