THE ULTIMATE SHIP 🦇🦔💥🌋🔥🔥🔥

To sum it up. I find it disingenuous to say rouge wouldn’t be a suitable romantic partner for shadow because she’s “not nice” on a surface level. When in numerous games & dialogues she is probably one of the nicest people in his eyes which is why he cares for her so much.

Let’s also keep in mind that we have multiple games showing how the two care for one another in their own respective ways. And that it is rouge who is the first person to catch on to how shadow was feeling and questions his actions.

This is even stated in rouge’s bio when it comes to their relationship. And shadow has even gone on to trust her with something as valuable as the chaos emerald multiple of times, despite knowing her history with them.

If rouge’s actions were to be an issue in a potential romantic relationship between the two. We would’ve seen that by now since shadow is a character who is vocal about what he doesn’t like. And that hasn’t happened with rouge because shadow accepts her for who she is.

She isn’t someone that’s pure of heart. She is a femme fatale that’s known to use her looks to get what she wants. And if that doesn’t work she’ll switch sides, manipulate, or steal in order to achieve that. However not only is shadow aware of this, he also doesn’t mind it.

In fact rouge’s kindness towards shadow is the reason why he’s placed a high level of trust in her and why they have such an amazing bond. Despite all the people he’s met, there is a reason why rouge is his number one. It’s because she cares and she’s shown to have his back.

Like i just wanna breakdown how this makes no sense. Since for starters rouge has been only nice to shadow. She not only shows patience, but also a level of care she doesn’t display for anyone else. And consistency when it comes to supporting him in his times of need.

You know something I’ve been meaning to talk about. Is why when someone say’s shadow would be into “nice girls” that remind him of Maria. Rouge get’s excluded from this and is given a multitude of reasons of why she “wouldn’t work”.
