Today was my last day at Magic Eden.
After 4.5 years of serving NFT creators and users, my time here has come to end.
I leave with gratitude — surviving the ups and downs, bear markets, bull markets, all the metas and the never ending chaos that comes with the it. Though, that’s exactly what I signed up for; and that’s what I plan to keep doing.
Will take a smol break for now and looking for another fulfilling opportunity elsewhere in this space 🫶

There's a lot of unsexy work we do at @MagicEden that often flys under the radar until there's an issue or when @vohvohh's DMs get blown up, which then lead to my DMs getting blown up.
For example, we have several safety measures in place to prevent and take down scam/fake collections.
Matter fact, hundreds of collections were just taken down in the last hour. Here's a little snapshot because why trust when you can verify.
That said, we haven't been perfect. There have been times where fake collections have been up for way too long and people have been burned. That's on us, and we're committed to doing as much as we can to make decentralized jpegs safe. And as scammers adapt, we adapt. 🫡
