Im so agree with this tweet. Hongkong server is literally chaos, this game has way too many cheaters. If it stays like this, the hongkong server is going to be completely dead for both pros and legit players.

I bet you guys removed RR refunds too, because I’ve reported so many players who are 99% cheaters, yet I’ve gotten 0 RR back.
