1. You decided you could collect some more nickels and dimes by suddenly changing the way billing works with debit cards vs bank accounts. The reality is that you're paying CSRs to reverse those changes.
2. You can stop pushing your shitty internet service. I've gotten snail mail, emails, and "Good news!" from your CSRs. It's not going to happen. You barely support the bandwidth where I live already. You want me to pay equal price to shitty @verizonfios for inferior service?

I spent my one quiet hour this morning setting up family sharing with @Steam on the new computer only to find out that the games I’ve been buying for my family, i.e., games I am not playing, cannot be played at the same time as a completely different game that I do want to play.
