Please repost. I was misdiagnosed and it took 4 years to get my diagnosis of Lewy Body dementia. It’s so important to get a correct diagnosis
What should you do if you suspect you have Lewy body dementia symptoms? Your GP is always your first port of call. The Lewy Body Society also funds an LBD specialist Admiral Nurse. Call the helpline for free on 0800 888 6678. Please share: many people are misdiagnosed because the symptoms are so different than many other dementias. #Lewybodydementia #dementia

Today is #WorldSepsisDay 🚨 Sepsis affects around 245,000 people every year, and is sadly the leading cause of death in hospitals around the world. Thank you to @SamWestwell for opening our #AIM day for our staff, highlighting the importance of recognising and treating sepsis!

Spreading awareness of #sepsis with our amazing sepsis survivor Mark and his lovely wife Sheila. Mark sharing his experiences with staff and the public, encouraging them to ask “could it be sepsis” #sepsis @WUTHImprovement @PatientWuth @WUTHstaff
