The team behind ‘AMERICAN DAD’ have made a statement on the tragic passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. “We at American Dad! have so much gratitude and love for Patrick Stewart. He said how happy he was to do American Dad! because he was so rarely asked to do comedy, which is insane, as his ability to get the laugh was uncanny. Thank you, Sir, for sharing your joyful spirit, inspiring voice, and willingness to be ridiculous. You turned Avery Bullock, Deputy Director of the CIA, into someone the world loved and couldn't get enough of. We will miss you.”

Sir Ian McKellen has made a statement on the tragic passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. “He wore his heart on his sleeve, which made him a man to rely on, to admire and in my case, love.”

William Shatner has made a statement on the tragic passing of Sir Patrick Stewart. “What a heartbreaking week it has been. Sir Patrick Stewart was a friend, a colleague, and a magnificent actor. From the stage to the bridge of the Enterprise, he brought intelligence, grace, and a deep sense of humanity to everything he did. Captain Picard stood for the best of us, and so did the man who played him. I was filled with affection and admiration for him and his work. My heart goes out to Sunny and his family. He will be deeply missed.”
