In comparison to RAG, I feel that automated extraction is sometimes overlooked as a use case - but it's both super valuable and super interesting technically.
Automated extraction ETL == using agents to automate all your data pipelines, whatever the end use case may be.
There's a billion dollar market in receipt/invoice processing alone.
