Hello, X. We're Workframe.
Simple online software that shows a small team who's working, who's away and what everyone is working on.
Built in the UK for teams of 5 to 50, especially four-day weeks, part-time staff and remote teams.

Setting up Workframe takes minutes, not a project:
1. Start a free trial and set your working week
2. Import your team from a CSV file
3. Set each person's working pattern
4. Let it work out allowances
5. Invite everyone to sign in with email or Google
Your data is yours.
Export leave and work records as CSV whenever you like, and ask for them to be deleted at any time.
Card payments go through Stripe. We never store card details.

What Workframe doesn't do, so you can decide quickly:
✗ No shift rotas or clock-in
✗ No employee monitoring of any kind
✗ No payroll
It does leave, working patterns and a short daily work log, and keeps them simple.
What does Workframe cost a 12-person team?
Both modules: £29.88 a month, or £298.80 a year.
One module: £17.88 a month, or £178.80 a year.
Prices exclude VAT. You only pay for active staff; archived staff aren't counted.
Simple pricing, in pounds:
£1.49 per person a month for Availability or Work Logs
£2.49 for both
Annual plans cost the same as ten months. 14-day free trial, no card needed.
Giving a four-day worker 28 days of holiday means 7 weeks off, not 5.6.
On a four-day week, holiday should be worked out from the days, or hours, someone actually works.
1/ Running a four-day week? The same three leave questions come up again and again.
Here are the answers 🧵
Running a four-day week? We built Workframe for you.
Give everyone the same day off or stagger them. Non-working days show clearly, allowances come from each person's pattern, and Work Logs show what gets done in four days.

Trust works both ways.
Managers can correct a work log entry where their role allows it, and every correction is recorded in an audit trail.
There's always a record of what changed and who changed it.
Four roles, each with only what it needs:
Members request leave and log their work.
Managers approve leave and review work logs.
Administrators set up the workspace.
Billing administrators look after the plan.
Leave requests without the email chain:
1. Someone asks for a day, a few days, a morning or an afternoon
2. Their manager approves or declines from one list
3. Everyone's notified by email, and the team calendar updates
Administrators choose which emails go out.
Monday, 8am. "Who's in today?"
Workframe's Today view answers it at a glance: who's working, who's on leave and who's on a non-working day.
No messages, no spreadsheet.
New here? Our first week in four lines:
• Workframe starts from each person's real working week
• Pro-rata holiday in one step
• Work Logs without monitoring
• From £1.49 per person a month
Tomorrow: what managers see each morning.
See the month at a glance.
Workframe's team calendar shows approved leave for the whole team. The calendar feed adds it to Google Calendar or Outlook through a private link.
Request notes are never included.
Plan the week before it starts.
A four-step check for small team managers:
1. Check who's off this week
2. Spot clashes before they're a problem
3. Approve any waiting requests
4. Share who's covering what

Small business owners: what's the one admin job you'd happily never do again?
We started with holiday. Tell us yours.
Why did we build Workframe around working patterns and not "days off"?
Because every fair holiday calculation starts with one question: when does this person actually work? Get that right, and leave, allowances and the team calendar all fall into place.
If you're filling in a timesheet from memory on a Friday night, this one's for you.
A minute a day beats an hour of guessing at the end of the week.
