"What strategy is the most profitable strategy"
I know a newbie might be asking he/herself this question.
I just wanna tell you there is none.
There is no best profitable strategy. It depends on how you use it.
You overleveraged and blew your account.
Mistake made, fine. Next time, don't overleverage.
You couldn't wait patiently for the market to present your setup, so you started entering random trades.
Mistake made, fine. Next time, wait patiently for the market to present your setup.
The market finally presented your setup, but you didn't have the patience to wait for the price to reach your entry.
Mistake made, fine. Next time, wait for the price to get to your entry.
You took a loss and revenge traded to get your money back.
Mistake made, fine. Next time, accept the loss and don't revenge trade.
Brooooooooo, learn from your mistakes and grow, for crying out loud...
Stop acting entitled as a trader. Your mentors owe you nothing, neither a winning streak nor consistent profitability.
When I say nothing, I mean they owe you absolutely nothing.
They can only teach you their best strategies and offer their best psychological advice.
If you do not personally put in the work, nothing will change. Take it or leave it.
That's right. If you look closely at what I wrote, I used the phrase,
"Stop telling people you're a trader."
I didn't say,
"Don't call yourself a trader."
Those are two entirely different things.
Before I became consistently profitable, I dropped the ego of claiming to be a trader.
Whenever someone asked, I simply said I was learning how to trade.
I knew that if I didn't drop that ego, it would ruin my focus.
However, whenever I was alone, I called myself a profitable trader, months before I actually became one.
Knowing who you are doesn't mean other people need to know.
This is especially true during the learning phase, because when ego kicks in, you lose focus and prolong your years of unprofitability.

I beg to differ.
Why must I be consistently profitable before I can call myself a trader?
A trader is someone who participates in the financial markets by buying and selling assets. Consistent profitability is a measure of performance, not a licence to become a trader.
Your medical doctor analogy doesn't quite fit. Medicine has formal qualifications and licensing requirements. Trading your own account doesn't work that way.
You can be a trader and still be learning, improving, and working towards consistency.
It's not about ego. It's about understanding the difference between being a trader and being a consistently profitable trader.
I became consistently profitable this year 2026.
I got my first ever funded certificates from both dollar and naira propfirms this year.
I made my first ever payout from both dollar and naira propfirms this year.
And I'm still scaling, by God's Grace 🙏.
If I can do it, you can do it too. Pls don't quit now. You're closer than you think...
Stop telling people you're a trader when you're not yet consistently profitable.
You are either learning how to trade, or you are a "trader" meaning you are already consistently profitable.
You wouldn’t call someone a medical doctor before they are licensed, so don't claim the title before you earn the results.
If you are still learning, drop the ego and focus entirely on mastering discipline, executing your rules, managing risk, and conquering your emotions.
Until then?
Stop talking and lock tf in...
You take four losses in a row, and the next opportunity appears. Terrified of losing a fifth time, you hesitate and stay out.
Naturally, that exact trade goes perfectly in your direction, missing a chance to recover a large portion of your losses.
Frustrated by your inaction, you begin taking random, impulsive trades to force the win you just missed.
Instead, you accumulate even more losses.
Congratulations: you have successfully ruined your edge and destroyed your trading capital.
