This is NOt @AmericanAir “providing the best possible service”. How will you make it up to us? We’re out hundreds of dollars in transfers from Milan airport to hotel. Hotel won’t refund our lost night. Show us some customer service: [email protected]

@AmericanAir we’ve had some unfortunate travel experiences but this one was the worst. Train your gate agents in communication. We had to wait another 30 min to find out when the new flight taking off - that impacts whether we stay at hotel or go home. Got home close to 2am.

The gate agent was inept and absent. No manager to update hundreds of customers. Awful customer service. How r u going to fix this @AmericanAir

@AmericanAir not the issue. They strung us along for 7 hours without updating us on the facts. No communication for hours and then at 10pm they told us pilot is flying in from NC and may or may not be able to get us to Milan. Shame on you. The WORST airline
