So my Dad worked from age 16 to 65. Paid tax and NI all through career.
He now gets state pension, less than £1k every 4 weeks.
He has £170,000 in his private pension. Can take 25% interest free but then pay 48%(!!) on the rest. How the fuck is the govt entitled to that?!! 😡😡

X 40 weeks = 400-560 hrs over a year x £26ph = underpaid by 10-15k a year
