Basically, every buy and sell of the token pays a small 4% tax. That tax money is used to buy $CASHCAT. Instead of holding or dumping it, the treasury places it as automatic "sell orders" at higher prices. So if $CASHCAT pumps, those orders fill on their own at a profit. The profit is then used to buy back and burn the original token, which supports its price
strategy.
