Folks @SenSchumer @RepJeffries are the same ole same ole. These guys in leadership and all the progress that was made will go to shit. These are the same corporate, Republican-light Dems that have ruined your party and enabled the destruction of the country.

Chuck Schumer is the offering on the altar for progressives to be happy. He’s an old evil Zionist, who can easily be beaten in a primary in 2 years.
AIPAC Shakur however, has, internally, already had his coronation.
I just wish people we elected be honest about it. But it is creepy how they are not openly saying it.
Aoc or Zohran can come out and say- “he’s the best at whipping votes, and skilled at what he does. We need him in there.”
But there’s just no explanation, just this eerie silence on why everyone just fell in line for him.
Just fucking say it. Be honest. They owe us that. They sit on their thrones because of voters. They have free healthcare and keep raising their own salaries as they work like 100 days a year.
Just be honest.

Hey, gonna be more explicit than most on this app: I don’t want a pro-Israel speaker. That is a sign of moral and pragmatic failings I don’t want to see in the next session.

JON STEWART: “They're already like, "Chuck Schumer deserves a lot of credit" — Chuck Schumer fought tooth and nail against half of these people… he does not understand the urgency of the moment and what the future demands.”

This.
When you see Trump endorsing Schumer, and bots on X defending him and Jeffries, and calling you a "traitor" for not supporting them, that tells you everything you need to know. I'm really glad that most Americans understand that this 10-year fascist nightmare would not have happened without enablers in the Democratic Party. The fight has just begun.

Exactly this.
Winning is secondary. Sticking up for what the people want - that's his only fucking job. That's what the Democratic base wants.
If even now, he is playing both sides, he has no shot. 0.
If he sticks to his ideals, the voters will remember. And he will see the result during 2028.

What good is winning an election, when the speaker & the majority leader are entirely out of step with the American people on taxing billionaire wealth, Medicare 4 All, ending relations with Israel, releasing Epstein files, addressing Wall St/corp greed, & holding POTUS Mob Boss accountable???

Dear Democrats,
If you support Schumer because you yourself plan a presidential run in 2028 and want his support, you just lost my vote.

Don Lemon and Martin Luther King III discuss Angie Nixon:
MLK: When you can organize at that level and she had a much higher hump [to overcome]…when you look at what she did, this woman deserves ALL KIND of credit.
DL: But the Democrats didn’t do much to help her…
MLK: I agree…that is real.

If people like Stewart are coming out against him then it’s safe to say he won’t be the next majority leader

lots of public pressure from the voters, they haven’t forgotten the last two years and the lack of fight from top level dems. makes sense why they’d demand change.
These numbers are going up, by the way: A Democratic House staffer told me their office got nearly 800 calls about Jeffries on Friday alone.
Most of the staffers I'm talking to describe this as the most call volume they've ever experienced. axios.com/2026/11/06/jeffrie…
