Last take on Discovery For Creators: - Dont rely on discovery to push your maps, team up with content creators & streamers to promote your maps ( yes you have to give up %) - Never create personal maps for money, if your first goal is to become rich with a personal map, it will fail. - Do commissions & brand deals to sustain a living, don't let your ego make you go broke For Epic: - Most of us understand simple maps (RvB, Pit, etc.) are equally important as "High Quality" maps but pushing the 300th RvB map that has next to nothing improved from the last RvB isn't the play either. Just because the numbers say it's being liked doesn't mean its healthy for the ecosystem and will only push creators away from ever trying to push innovation. - Keep up the communication, we had this way too often in the last 6 years where we got a batch of communication and then radio silence on the most important topics. That being said, Discovery is not as bad as some people make it out to be and we are moving in the right direction. <3
