MBTA Transit Police are looking for a man they say set the inside of a trash barrel on fire at North Station and then took off. It happened last Thursday, Oct. 22, around 11:45 AM, police said. Surveillance video shows the man in a gray hoodie and sweatpants standing at the barrel before walking away, and police released a clearer photo of him riding an escalator. Transit Police are calling him a person of interest in an arson investigation. Anyone who recognizes him can call the Transit Police Criminal Investigations Unit at 617-222-1050.
