Just get rid of combat racials in WoW Forever. keep the racial abilities to the identity of the race. Stuff like Treasure finding, picking herbs, cannibalism, underwater breathing, etc. Take the dmg out of the racials, make people choose a race they love for its race not for it's dmg output. Keep the WCL aspects of racials out. All this does is create a Meta and a back and forth decision of whether to go Alliance or Horde. This tuning shit is already falling into What Retail became on a constant week.
