This GoFundMe campaign is legitimate and verified. Erin Piacenti, a 32-year-old mother, was tragically killed in a random attack in Times Square on August 31, 2026. The fundraiser was set up by friends and family to support her infant daughter, Madison.

I’m against power plants.
They take up land. They create noise. They’re ugly. And they create relatively few permanent jobs compared to the amount of land and resources they use.
Yes, I use electricity.
But that doesn’t mean I have to support power plants.

I’ve always liked NYC. But over the last couple of years I’ve become much more partisan about it. The idea of leaving over politics or taxes is a joke.
Ofc if the quality of life degrades (under any mayor) that’s a different story. But otherwise, leave NYC? give me a break.
I didn’t read this (and probably won’t), just sharing because it reminds me of some of the random pdf readings I’d open up on canvas the night before class
Trump's interest in buying Greenland was seen as a joke in his first term but in fact it was a constant ambition fueled by his friend Ron Lauder and led to a serious set of options including a lease-purchase agreement, as we reported in "The Divider." @sbg1
my friend walked into the nyc walkup building I moved into and said “what is the building name?” idk dude I just have the address, it’s not like named “the clancy” or something like that
