Some days like today I feel absolutely burned out and fucking useless. Nothing about the markets is bad. It's just sideways and boring. Stocks sides things are decent too. Trenching is okay but a few long hold positions are down but I knew that was the assignment and warned accordingly. There's no perceivable reason I can point to apart from exhaustion or maybe just needing a break. But I get days where I just feel fucking useless and on those days unless I have to manage a position I absolutely do not trade. Today is one of them, managing cashcat was about it as per previous post. I dont know what it is. Its like this feeling of, I dont want this shit in my life. I've found that, its just your mind saying you know what occams razor, its like eating too much food, you were starving but now cant stand the thought of forcing down another potatoe. So just stop. If you look around and ur like, but what do I do then? Thats a clear sign u actually are overdoing it. You should always have other things you would rather be doing. Im the kind of person that never really opens up or shares with people especially when I need to and that's super unhealthy. My twitter rants are the closest thing because its anonymous outlet. But unlike trading where I tell you things I do myself, here on this issue im happy to be a hypocrite and tell you to do something im not good at doing and thats just talk about things to others. But I do finding healing hearing others problems. Genuinely and helping. So my offer is, DMs are open, especially for people who are like really emotional, scared, angry, raged, low self worth. Whatever it is, im here for you. Even if you cant talk to your wife or friends or family. Don't do a madness, remember spiders can hear too. One time IRL a guy bigger than me came moving all aggressive to someone outside. I stepped in to protect the person he was moving against and he turned on me, I do what i normally do and internally raise adrenaline to be prepared to act and neutralise by force if needed, but assess the person's weakness. Because when someone is out of control they are weak not strong and I saw in his eyes pain while others saw a mad man. Upon seeing that I walked confidently into his space arms ready to defend and he was confused as I gave him a hug. He broke down crying. People were bemused. Dont be afraid to reach out, or even be a prick to me in DMs. It's harder via text, but ill find a way to read what's going on and be the unconditional friend you need that in that moment. This isn't a tweet to sound good. This is something I want you to remember in the back of your mind as a failsafe card so that never ever do I have to hear that one of my followers felt they had to do anything unthinkable or feel too low for someone to help pick back up. Some words of genuine wisdom for anyone in the market from the guy that 1000x (600x) realized cashcat over a week ago. Skip if u dont have patience, this is for the wannabe winners Lets remove that trade entirely, pretend it didnt happen. Im up a lot on stocks and crypto from the same ideas posted here. But before I give the advice: For transparency, while being fully exposed to this bullish move on crypto and stocks and seeing portfolio jump I think its helpful for people that follow me and by now have learned not to question neither my integrity nor ability as an investor or trader that i share a vulnerability you can all relate to because I remain and will always remain to keep it real with you that to come to where ive got to I cant change anything in that formula No spoonfeeding, dabble enough carrot and enough alpha for the win to feel like yours. You wont get anywhere relying on people. I didnt. You need to feel that the win is yours alone and reinforce self dependency, with my skillsets if i wanted purely to go viral id say some insanely bullish shit at the worst time and keep banging on about it. (I did that stuff at times dont get me wrong) Yes im killing it rn as im sure some of u are But heres todays vulnerability. While my portfolio jump feels fucking good, I am still fearful When I took those trades I was still fearful, my emotions wanted to put the slider to half the positions I would I said fuck off. Did math, said yes if im wrong thats the cut off and thats the loss. But heres the projected payoff or breakevens at scenario x,y,z then pulled trigger and acted like nothing happened So u see emotions will always be ur enemy. What seperates us (not all of you, but those who can relate), is not being a pussy or overconfident screenshot profit maximalizers at the top. We ALL FEEL THAT SHIT. Execution is the main difference. Having BALLS. The balls to buy is tough, the balls to sell sometimes can be tougher because u have a false confidence. Emotions are ur friend, but u need to invert them and chart together. Have fear of missing out at crazy low valuations. That fomo is more helpful. Have fear of going to zero at crazy high valuations despite it being the most unlikely thing Charting first always, but make your emotions your friends, you can rewired and for God sake cater your feed with the right psychology if you are vulnerable. Or if you are like me, just dont spend time off the app and more in your own winning mindstate Too many people are fed bad ways to think. But extremas its different R/R situation and I have alpha beyond trend trading as u know I publically bought MSTR at $25, the bottom and sold that generational trade at $530 ish you can dig up the fucking tweets. $Sol at $9s selling over $200 and something (cba to check) You know I have the receipts that why I feel its massively important I say this if my goal is to see you all win. To do great in trading trending principles will help. But to be S-TIER and i mean real S-TIER not i have so many followers because i chat all day but the quiet unknowns mostly not even on social media your mind has to be different, because its not your TA or Fundamental Research which presses buttons.
