Well deserved recognition for @bpittman19 and his commitment to excellence. Also, would be remiss if I didn't offer a tip of the cap to @rosswsusmgt for his great work leading the media services team. This event is in good hands.

The City of Wichita is talking today about their plans for an affordable housing fund. I’ll be tweeting what those are - but first, here’s background on what an affordable housing fund even is: wichitabeacon.org/stories/20…

An affordable housing fund is on the horizon in Wichita. Here’s what that means.

The city is considering investing $5 million in an affordable housing fund, meant to be a flexible source of dollars to boost affordable housing development and homeownership.

A little bit of a difference, eh? – at Wichita, KS
Linsey Davis@LinseyDavis6 Jan 2021
This was the preparation for a Black Lives Matter peaceful protest this summer. Members of the National Guard were deployed near the White House ahead of peaceful protests against police brutality. Quite a difference. 🤔
