Thanks @sainsburys new shop smart system, great when it works, but my God, what a nightmare when it doesn’t, and you have to unpack all your bags of at 11 o’clock at night on the floor, and scan everything again one by one at the automatic tills. Anyone else?

OMG worst customer care ever! The @IKEAUK fridge is faulty breaks down and needs be replaced, but after 3 hours on calls @ElectroluxProUK Will only deliver a new fridge in 5 to 6 weeks! So no fridge for six people for more than a month, and no alternative. Seriously @IKEAUK?
