during ket I've gave around 90% of the supply to presalers, and only kept 10% for the team..
tbh, in hindsight this was a mistake.. the reason was back then having too much of the supply was a "red flag" to basically every old crypto principle
fast forward 2 years later.. this would be laughed at now
giving too much supply now means basically killing your token from the start.. so I've been brainstorming for a few months now on how to do this more sustainably this time

Most projects in this space don’t die loudly. They go quiet.
The posts slow down, the Discord empties, the site stays online for a while, and one day the domain expires. Nobody announces it. Nobody explains where the money went. The people who believed are left holding something that no longer has anyone behind it.
I don’t want STRATA. to end that way. STRATA. DAILY is part of how it keeps going.
What it is
One artwork, every day.
It is heavily influenced by Beeple and his Everydays: the discipline of showing up every single day, and the idea that a daily image can say more about its time than a headline.
Each piece is about our world: what happened, what people are talking about, what nobody wants to say out loud. Very often that world is Avalanche, because it is where we live. Sometimes it is the world outside, and how it reaches in and moves this chain whether we like it or not.
Hyperreal, satirical, sometimes dark, sometimes funny. Not a news feed. A diary, kept one day at a time.
The people in it come from this community. Holders, builders, collectors, the loud ones and the quiet ones. Over time, the DAILY becomes a picture of who was here and what we lived through.
Every day. I will do everything I can not to miss a single one.
Why it exists
STRATA. costs money to exist. Servers, the site, the tools that make the art, gas for every contract, the hours. Until now that came only from drops: a window opens, a window closes, and in between there is silence and a bill.
The money raised by each DAILY piece goes to paying for STRATA.: keeping it online, keeping it working, and keeping it building.
The wallet is open

Anyone can follow it. Every AVAX that comes in and every AVAX that goes out, with what it was for. Hosting, tools, gas, art. No hidden treasury, no costs without a name.

everyone has been locked in, working hard af at Ava Labs, the Foundation, Team1, and the main community projects
all roads will lead to avax, no doubt. we're all preparing for what’s to come.
also, vibes have been pretty good overall, even if the spotlight hasn’t been on us (and that's ok)
I’m kinda proud that most didn’t rush in to chase/launch stuff as the Robinhood and Solana momentum peaked, and then faded
some people almost got Justin to launch something at the peak tho, but that was about it
soon it'll be our time.. patience pays
