Finally, redemption for The Green Knight! (it was scheduled for an imax return this year but got booted for Interstellar 😔)
1. The Green Knight
2. The Northman
3. 2001 A Space Odyssey
4. Top Gun Maverick
Gonna campaign my non-cinephile siblings to submit these films too

ℹ️tip: when you're not sure about your AI's answer, simply ask it "whats your confidence level in that answer?"
Mine just responded "My confidence level is medium-high (70-75%) for the following reasons:" - which then gave me the exact areas where it didn't have enough context

Given the current market, I've been thinking a lot about the next generation of builders. They're AI-native but may not have professional experience yet. They just need someone to take a chance on them.
Here's that opportunity: Block Builder Fellowship

ALT Block's AI Builder Fellowship. Ten fellows. Six months. Fully paid, remote optional. Potential to convert to full-time.
I don’t like to record at concerts but managed to find this single clip of D’Angelo performing in 2016 at the Roots Picnic. RIP to one of the greatest to ever do it 🕊️

We just received a very generous donation of tickets to CYC for those who are laid off, students, or can't afford to go.
If that's you, there's no need to mention it publicly here. Feel free to DM me, and I can arrange a ticket for you. No one else will know about your free ticket except you and me, not even the registration booth. Your meals will be covered for both days as well. If you can get to the conference venue, we've got you covered!

Today is the beginning of a new life chapter as yesterday was my last day serving as Developer Advocate with Vaadin. I will fondly remember learning, building, and teaching with the likes of @marcushellberg, @seb_vaadin, and many others. Team, you'll certainly be missed.
Once I've had sufficient time to reflect and assess, I'll be seeking roles at the junction of building on the JVM (go Java!) and helping people win. That's my jam - reach out as appropriate. Let's go!
