offset scale determines how far a stick can move away from its center

to take a look at the small snes svg's, they're pretty easy to figure out

basically there's a few xml attributes that u can set on any svg element, they correspond to states of buttons. might be easiest

gamecapture source + transparency works amazingly well and is much better than chroma key
