Crypto’s biggest problem is not the technology. It is security. And it keeps getting worse! 🙂
This is not an opinion, it’s observable that billions are lost every year not from market volatility but from hacks, phishing compromised frontends & poor operational habits. even large well resourced crypto firms get breached and systems that look solid on paper fail because of weak access control.
Security is built on simple basic habits; ✍🏿
>>Check the URL every single time. Fake domains are the most common entry point
>>Do not download apps from supposed projects. Use only official links!
>>Disconnect your wallet from every dApp after use
>>Never use your main wallet for testnets or experiments
>>Enable 2FA on all your applications
>>Assume any interface can be compromised. Slow down before signing
These are not advanced techniques, these are the basics and they are exactly how most people get hacked. take crypto security very seriously and actually learn it because in crypto ignorance is expensive and complacency is a guaranteed L ! 🤝
They chose to break the lows over the weekend. The easiest time to manipulate price. When the orderbooks are thin & when everyone is likely AFK touching grass.
And yet again, sentiment instantly start calling for targets 5-10% away.
The same thing happened at 62K, when 90% were fixated on lower.
The same thing happened at 74K, when everyone wanted 72K.
The market has a funny way of front running the ideal scenario. Just keep that in mind.

Forget shorting newly launched memes for a second.
What if we build a prediction market for them?
Token graduates and at $500K MC.
Will it rug below $100K within 7 days? YES or NO.
Will it hit $5M before nuking 90%? YES or NO.
Will it survive 30 days? YES or NO.
USDC collateral. Fixed downside. No leverage. No liquidations. Onchain settlement.
Imagine a Polymarket built specifically for the trenches.
Instead of crying about rugs, degens could actually bet on whether these shitters survive.
Of course, liquidity manipulation and fair settlement would need to be solved.
If we can gamble on whether a meme goes to the moon, why we can't bet on whether it goes to the graveyard?
The more I think about prediction markets, the crazier the possibilities get.
What if we could LONG or SHORT the performance of crypto KOLs too?
Will this KOL's publicly verified portfolio nuke 90%?
Will his next 5 calls outperform BTC?
Will he gain 100K followers in 90 days?
Will his next meme call hit $10M or go straight to zero?
For years, KOLs have been telling us what to bet on. Maybe it's time the market could bet on their predictions too.
Now that's some entertainment.
At this point, Jeff is literally a deity.😭
He tweets anything and replies would be flooded with; “Thank you Jeff”, “thank you Jeff”, “Ty Jeff”😭😭❤️
Thank you to @TheStalwart and @tracyalloway for having me on! Appreciate the research that went into the thoughtful questions and discussion.
We derived some interesting results live about how mechanisms such as HIP-3* ought to work. This wasn't scripted and reflects close listening and quick learning by the hosts. I was impressed and enjoyed the conversation.

Big congratulations to the @zksync airbender team for this milestone.
At this point, I consider the battle for speed to be definitively won, and the top priority for zkEVMs should shift fully to security.
To me that means formally verifying
(i) equivalence of the arithmetization to the ethereum spec
(ii) a hard maximum bound on (prover cost) / (amount of gas in block)
(iii) security of the proof system itself
