They said you can’t be strong and fast, so I decided to prove them wrong. I’m tearing down the limits of what a single body can do by training as a hybrid athlete.
I am documenting every brutal milestone and setback on IG.

Today for police verification at police station, I received an SMS from the officer asking for unnessary documents like parents address proof, birth certificate and others when I had my freshly received passport, Ids and other docs.
Aerobic exercise can increase hippocampal volume by two percent in one year. If you have time for a strategy meeting but no time for your biology, your priorities are inverted. Here is why your aerobic base dictates your decision quality.

1/5 The most successful people often focus on upgrading their software while their physical hardware is decaying. They invest in strategy retreats and high level coaching but ignore the biological engine responsible for every thought. If you are neglecting low intensity movement, your brain is physically losing volume. You are sabotaging the very hardware required for elite decision quality.
4/5 This also builds mitochondrial density. By training your body to burn fat for fuel, you give your brain a twelve hour uninterruptible power supply. While others are reacting to glucose crashes and lactate induced fog, your physiology remains optimized for analytical reasoning. You become the most resilient person in the room because your biology allows you to stay there.
5/5 The implementation is the Talk Test. Move at a pace where you can hold a coherent professional conversation but would rather not. If you have time for a sixty minute strategy meeting but no time for your biological foundation, your priorities are inverted. Build a more resilient brain or accept that you will eventually be outpaced by someone who did.

The mechanics of the scroll are identical to a casino floor. Every time you flick your thumb, you are pulling the lever on a slot machine. You might get a profound insight, or you might get a video of someone making a sandwich. That uncertainty is exactly what keeps the dopamine flowing.
Hi,
I write about history and psychology and try to understand the psychology of people at a particular point in history.

Most people wait for someone else to set the tone of an interaction. They are reactive. If the room is stiff, they stay stiff. If you decide to be the source of the warmth instead of just a mirror, you control the environment.
There is a specific kind of clarity that only comes after several miles on the road. It is a rhythmic, moving meditation where the ego finally stops talking. This void is not empty. It is a clear space where the noise of daily life falls away and the real work begins.
High level creativity is essentially manual labor. Sitting at a desk for hours drains the soul in a very specific way. A rigorous physical routine acts as a counterweight to that mental exhaustion. It keeps the internal machinery from breaking down under the weight of imagination.
I write about history, philosophy and fitness.
