This isn't law. It's bureaucratic rule. An inappropriate use of taxpayer money. And further dilution of actual medical care benefits to core Apple Health users. Shameful.
The WA State LGBTQ Commission just sent an email announcing that the state's Apple Health program (Medicaid) will now cover the cost of "gender affirming" drugs and surgeries - FOR MINORS UNDER 18. The Federal Medicaid program stopped funding these on Oct. 13th. Apple Health will cover puberty blockers, cross-sex hormones (T and E), as well as SURGERIES for youth under 18. According to polls, the vast majority of Americans oppose these medical procedures for minors. Most Democrats know it is wrong to let teens interfere with their physical development, permanently modify their bodies, and make themselves sterile. Yet the Democratic politicians in WA State are determined to enable the disfigurement of minors. Teens under 18 still can't get a tattoo. @BrandiKruse @TCSWashington @WAStateStandard @KnownHeretic hca.wa.gov/free-or-low-cost-…

Wow.
Ohhhh $MSFT seriously??? American workers out. H-1B workers stay? If these cuts aren’t about performance, what exactly is the criteria for deciding whose job goes?

The Republicans are in on it. They aren’t overthrowing the Republicans, they are overthrowing the Republic.
We discovered the Democrats are planning to use contested elections to trigger a color revolution and no one really seems to care Already fell out of the news coverage, no charges, no action taken Just a coup being planned with zero response

Nadella is pissed off at being called out by the Trump administration, this is his retaliation. It shows how little upper management cares about keeping people. It's like hey, if you want to leave, go ahead. Which flies in the face of statements asserting any shortage of tech workers. If there was a shortage of tech workers, they would be selective, performance based (but more like boot-licker based, but hey its referral hiring only right now, so what else could we expect?). And the strategic reason why they did a "voluntary" buyout, is that it might (hope against reality) satisfy the ability of the company to backfill with h-1b, without layoff. When a company does a mass layoff, there is a 90-day window where they cannot backfill with H-1b. So the timeline would probably look like this: - Do the voluntary layoffs now - Do the involuntary layoffs in early January, maybe with some penalty for not taking the buyout. - Apply for the H-1b visas in April (clearing the 90-day wait period) It is a standard playbook and is why so many layoffs in tech occur in January. You can bet the layoffs coming to Microsoft in January will just be a shotgun layoff (crude excisement of departments). Some will be entire departments. Some will see half their people gone, the other half training their H-1b or Overseas replacements. This will also not be performanced based, no need to work extra hard for Microsoft, do your work, but don't expect that it will matter. That is how it will play out.
Satya Nadella is following Stalin's playbook. He doesn't have any original ideas, so he is gutting everything, except Azure, and filling it with H-1b workers that will keep their mouths shut. And moving all work to India. He is trying to push crappy AI (product of Mustafa Suleyman) in everything. It is failing badly, and he is doubling down. Because in the process he can kill off all the internal competition to his personal fame with the Microsoft board. Windows, Xbox, and MS365 are not Satya Nadella led projects, yet all 3 are immensely profitable. Every Microsoft product other than Azure (think Data Centers) is being gutted. Nadella is popular with the board because he headed Azure, that's his claim to fame inside Microsoft. Why not put it in relief by gutting everything else (Stalin's playbook). And Nadella is making sure, just like Stalin before him, that no one else can show him up with a better product performance. Hence gut all the other businesses, that Nadella had nothing to do with. And those other products are consumer facing. XBox, MS365, and Microsoft Windows are all profitable products. And they could stick around for decades making money. Just one problem, Nadella had nothing to do with them.

Just to be clear, if you are an HR representative or a manager who is hiring H-1B workers or offshoring American jobs to India you are a filthy traitor.

BREAKING: Claude Code found 14,219 photos of my face on my Android that I never took. Phone was secretly taking them almost every time I picked it up. Even when I was just lying in bed. Even at home. Not screenshots. Real frames from the front camera. On the train. In the car. At home. When I just grabbed it to check the time. They were just sitting in a system cache. Timestamps and GPS on them. Nothing in Gallery. Nothing in Recently Deleted. Plugged the phone into my laptop, made a full backup, told Claude Code to look for any front-camera files that weren’t in my photos. It pulled /data/system/users/0/faceunlock/cache and another folder inside Google Play Services. Over 14 thousand files. Normal ones and infrared from Face Unlock. Every single one had time and location. Started scrolling. Almost everything from the last 15 months. Then I saw a file created 2 seconds ago. I was still looking at the folder. Phone kept taking photos while I was reading this. Google and the phone makers say Face Unlock turns everything into a mathematical model and deletes the image right away. On this phone the raw frames were just sitting there. Some of the processes writing to that folder were from system diagnostics. Couple of old apps that still had camera permission could also get in. Turned off diagnostics, revoked camera access from everything that doesn’t need it, cleared the cache. But how many of these frames already went somewhere else, I don’t know. If you want to check yours, plug it in, make a full backup or use ADB, and ask Claude to look for front-camera files outside your Gallery. Path above is where mine were.
Claude Code found 145,763 photos I permanently deleted from my iPhone. Three years of deleted photos and videos still sitting in a hidden cache. Any app with file access can read them. I plugged my iPhone into my MacBook to run a backup. Claude Code was doing the security audit from my last post and flagged a directory I wasn't even looking for. PhotoData/Thumbnails. Over 146,000 files. Photos, videos, screenshots. Every single one was something I deleted. Photos from 2023, 2024 and 2025. The ones I deleted the second after taking them. The ones I cleared from Recently Deleted. The ones I deleted three separate times because I wanted to be sure they were gone. All still there. Passport photo I took for a visa application in 2023. Screenshots of my bank app with full account numbers visible. Private photos I sent someone and immediately deleted after a breakup. Screenshot of my crypto seed phrase I took temporarily in 2022. Photo of my ID and credit card I took to remember the numbers and deleted 5 seconds later. Screenshots of my ex's private Instagram stories I saved and permanently deleted in 2023. Some were full resolution. All organized by date going back to 2021. When you delete a photo on iPhone, iOS removes it from your camera roll and Recently Deleted. It keeps a compressed copy in a Spotlight search index cache so your phone can find things when you search. Apple never clears it. Not after 30 days. Not after a year. Never. They told you it was permanently deleted. It wasn't. I checked which apps on my phone had Files and Folders access. 23 apps. Weather apps. QR code scanners. PDF readers. A flashlight app I downloaded in 2022. Any one of them could have been reading every photo I ever deleted this entire time. Went from 23 apps to 3 in about two minutes. Full step by step below. Takes 2 minutes. Save it so you don't lose it and send it to anyone with an iPhone.

🚨HOLY CRAP: Turn this off on your phone right now. Go to your iPhone settings - accessibility - audio & visual - LIVE LISTEN. Turn off LIVE LISTEN. It even says it keeps TRANSCRIPTS. This is NUTS.
Readers added context they thought people might want to know
Live Listen is Apple’s official accessibility feature that streams sound from the iPhone mic to the user’s own AirPods or hearing aids. The Remote Control setting is optional. It does not enable third-party access or always-on listening. support.apple.com/guide/iphone/u…

🚨 AMERICANS ARE STRUGGLING TO BUY THEIR FIRST HOME. MEANWHILE, SOME TEMPORARY FOREIGN WORKERS CAN BORROW AGAINST THEIR HOME EQUITY. Here’s what many Americans don’t realize. H-1B is a TEMPORARY GUEST-WORKER program. OPT is TEMPORARY employment authorization for international students, generally lasting 12 months, with up to 36 months total for eligible STEM graduates. Neither automatically grants permanent residency. Yet eligible H-1B homeowners, and potentially some OPT workers, can qualify for private HOME EQUITY LINES OF CREDIT (HELOCs). What does that mean? They may be able to borrow against their home’s equity to pay for: • Vacations • Cars and RVs • Home renovations • Other personal expenses Consider this example: Home value: $600,000 Existing mortgage: $350,000 Potential HELOC at 85% combined loan-to-value: $160,000 That’s up to $160,000 in additional borrowing, subject to lender approval, with the home as collateral. Meanwhile, millions of Americans are struggling with down payments, mortgage payments, and housing affordability. The Trump administration ended eligibility for NEW FHA-insured mortgages for nonpermanent residents in May 2025. But some existing temporary-visa homeowners can still access privately funded HELOCs. So here’s my question: Should someone whose authorization to remain and work in America is temporary qualify for substantial home-equity credit? And why is owning a first home becoming so difficult for so many American families?
🚨 TRUMP’S FHA MORTGAGE RESTRICTION IS HAVING A MASSIVE IMPACT. New data shows the share of FHA purchase loans going to nonpermanent residents (including H-1B and other temporary labor visas) collapsed: BEFORE: 5.8% AFTER: 0.1% That’s a 98% decline. FHA loans are government-insured mortgages offering: • Down payments as low as 3.5% • Often lower interest rates • More flexible credit requirements • Mortgage insurance backed by taxpayers And here’s why that last point matters. Serious mortgage delinquency rates in Q2 2026: FHA: 6.07% Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac: 0.59% That’s roughly 10 TIMES higher. These rates cover all borrowers, not specifically nonpermanent residents. In May 2025, Trump eliminated FHA eligibility for nonpermanent residents, including H-1B workers. But eligible H-1B workers can STILL qualify for conventional mortgages through Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac. Two questions: 1. Should taxpayers back mortgages for temporary guest workers? 2. Should Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac adopt similar residency restrictions? @pulte housingwire.com/articles/fha…

Autonomous AI-driven "terminator drones" can be mass produced today.
Purdue University's IDEAS Lab built an autonomous drone that tracks runners through dense forests completely without GPS or cloud networks. By running 3D LiDAR mapping and obstacle-avoidance AI entirely on-chip, it can weave under tree canopies and predict target movement through blind spots in real time. Massive implications for next-gen search & rescue and edge AI.

Indians are a national security threat.
🚨BREAKING (EXCLUSIVE): National Security Concerns Leaked by MSFT Whistleblower Leaked Microsoft screenshots show an India-based engineer received approval to view U.S. government cloud logs. A Microsoft whistleblower contacted me and shared screenshots supporting allegations that Microsoft used its “escort” process to allow an India based engineer to access Government Community Cloud (GCC) systems. The whistleblower alleges the engineer is not a U.S. citizen. Microsoft’s own published rules state that temporary elevated access to customer content in GCC requires verified U.S. citizenship. The escort model is the workaround the company uses so non-U.S. personnel can still direct the work. The screenshots show Viraj Chokhany requesting and receiving approval for escort access to view logs in the DPRODMGD151 environment, which is part of Government Community Cloud Moderate — the cloud used by many federal, state, and local agencies. In the escort process, a U.S. person is supposed to open the system while the India-based engineer guides the work. The whistleblower believes this raises urgent national security concerns and may violate FedRAMP requirements. Multiple Microsoft employees have reviewed the screenshots and confirmed they appear authentic. Viraj, has been confirmed to live in India-- Where he also attended and graduated college. The whistleblower is working on a public statement. I will release the whistleblowers statement when I receive it. Attached images are some of the screenshots that I received from the Whistleblower. @DHSgov @FBIDirectorKash @JDVance
