NoPixel V - New Government - New Features! | GTA RP NoPixel 5 Video here! youtu.be/VRShOmR9D8E The release of NoPixel V blew my mind! It went so smoothly and the graphics don't even look like they come from a 15 year old game. When koil was talking about how the locals call the police I was stunlocked. I love so many of the new features and it would take me over an hour in a video to explain everything new. So for now here are a few new features PLUS how the NoPixel 5 government will work in a quick little package! I am so happy with the people put into place to lead the city and I can't wait for the amazing arcs that will happen.
