We are not afraid. We are self-confident men in the Trump-Vance administration.

This TREASON is beyond words.
Not only did Musk shut down Starlink to Ukraine, he enabled Russia's intercept of a Finnish satellite that was helping Ukraine.
.
SpaceX Blocked A U.S. And NATO Satellite to Assist a Russian Intercept After Crippling Ukraine's Air Defenses
The Math Proves the Reality that Musk doesn't want you to see.
On Oct 13-14, SpaceX restricted Starshield/Starlink during a 39-missile Russian attack, cutting Ukrainian drone intercepts by 23% and stranding U.S. personnel in Kyiv. Forty-eight hours later (Oct 15), SpaceX blocked U.S.-licensed NRO, Space Force, and NATO radar satellite ICEYE-X36 in orbit so Russia's COSMOS 2612 weapon could intercept it (99.89%-99.98% posterior)
Our Model Demonstrates that the Russian intercept of the US/NATO ICEYE X-36 satellite (contemporaneous with the throttling of Starlink) would not have been possible, and almost certainly not been attempted, without SpaceX resources. At a material opportunity cost, Russia sprinted its COSMOS satellite to intercept ICEYE X36. Based on a previous attempt in June during which X36 maneuvered to evade COSMOS, Russia knew that this would be successful only if X36 could not maneuver. On October 15, SpaceX fixed X36 in place by issuing a collision alert for a sub-kilometer approach with its Starlink 35856 when SpaceX's own data shows that the actual distance was 4.8-5.0x as great. SpaceX issued no warning to COSMOS despite the fact that its sprint was far more threatening than the stable X36 orbit. SpaceX did not maneuver its Starlink 35856 satellite to clear the supposed collision risk. How, absent coordination with SpaceX, could Russia have known that SpaceX would take actions that (a) misrepresented the danger posed by X36, and (b) resulted in the fixing of X36 thereby enabling COSMOS's successful intercept? Thus, SpaceX was directly involved in simultaneously compromising Ukraine’s defensive and offensive capabilities. The conjunction of these two events makes innocent explanations untenable.
The Pentagon Capture & Iran Round Two Trap: Pentagon CTO Emil Michael who cashed out $7M–$35M from Musk’s inner-circle SpaceX vehicles (M8/Gigafund 0.1 and M6/Valor M33 II) and KQ Partners / xAI (selling xAIfor $5M–$25M three days before taking over CDAO/OSCand 21 days before SpaceX bought xAI, while keeping M8, M6, M9, M10 & Nomadic open) and Pete Hegseth purged rival Anthropic in two hours, surrendered combat command over US drones used to attack Iran to Starlink’s "Terms of Service," and on October 2 named Musk Co-Director of Project Meridian to design the Pentagon's "Future of Warfighting" just as America enters Iran Round Twowith depleted Patriot/THAAD magazines and Russia feeding U.S. warship/aircraft locations to Tehran.
SpaceX’s actions in Ukraine raise serious questions about its alignment with US security interests and its reliability as a cornerstone of US defense. These questions are particularly troubling given the effectively irreplaceable position SpaceX has been granted by the Hegseth/Emil Michael Pentagon.

Since this post is getting a little attention, we also built a first, parallel model using a different mathematical lens (pure SGP4 orbital mechanics & sequential Bayesian attribution) that lands at the exact same place.
@streetwiseprof (Craig Pirrong) is a well-known economist and the quant brain behind our framework. Feel free to Google his published work. And I do the model building. Because of the institutional work we do, we keep a strict, verifiable primary record of everything.
Feel free to drop questions below. I’m on CA time heading to bed and Craig is on TX time, so we’ll catch up in the morning. Here is the first model on this topic , and I’ll link Craig’s blog explanation right below: xitter.cf/libertylynx/status/211…
(Post 1/2) How SpaceX's Orbital Information Enabled Russia's Intercept of ICEYE-X36: The Total Risk Exposure to U.S. and NATO Defense
Elon Musk pitches the Pentagon on one core premise: no other company on Earth can match SpaceX's orbital monopoly. He is right, and our latest model proves that exact monopoly sat directly on NATO and Ukrainian spy satellite ICEYE-X36 during Russia's sub-kilometer orbital intercept:
-The Simultaneous Defensive and Offensive Squeeze: On Oct 13 to 14, Musk's Starshield speed cap blinded Ukraine's fast defensive interceptor drones (-23% output). Yet Ukrainian offensive strikes on Russian oil refineries continued because those long-range drones rely on radar imagery from ICEYE-X36 (operated by ICEYE US), not live Starshield links. Within 48 hours of the Starshield throttle taking effect, a Russian inspector satellite (COSMOS 2612) sprinted 14.29x faster than normal drift directly onto ICEYE-X36, closing to 0.76 km (under half a mile).
-What the Orbital Math Proves: In June 2026, when Russia approached ICEYE-X36 without a Starlink collision alert, X36 dropped 0.5 km in altitude, drifting 71 km/day to escape Russia's 3 km braking box in 61 minutes while Russian ground radars were blind. Across Oct 15 to 16, the math proves X36 stayed frozen in place (moving less than 17 meters consecutively) because at the exact start of Russia's sprint, X36 was boxed inside a 401-meter collision alert with SpaceX's STARLINK-35856.
-No One Else Has This Capability (N = 1): Passive ground trackers like LeoLabs or COMSPOC only see where a satellite used to be and cannot supply this combination. In our entire record, SpaceX is the sole company combining all five levers over X36: operating the STARLINK-35856 co-object, holding its private forecasts, forcing ICEYE US via FCC Condition 16 to coordinate flight plans with SpaceX, tracking the shell every 10 to 15 minutes with 31,000 Stargaze cameras, and controlling the Starshield throttle.
-The Commercial Terms of Service Trap: Under SpaceX's Space Safety Terms of Service (Appendix A and Section 4b), committed flight plans uploaded to deconflict with Starlink are exposed to platform participants with contractual permission to share data with third parties, just days after SpaceX onboarded Chinese operators (Oct 6 and 16), while capping SpaceX's liability at $500.
-The Sovereign Hostage Dilemma: By burying the right to throttle combat links and redistribute orbital trajectories inside commercial Terms of Service, SpaceX holds U.S. defense hostage. If the Pentagon stays, it lacks sovereign control; if it cuts ties, SpaceX has already built the commercial and data bridges to China and Russia, all while demanding more taxpayer billions so China and Russia do not "beat us."
In Post 2 (Pages 5 and 6), our model shows how Tesla's Q3 10-Q ($5.966B China loan and shared-CEO admission) proves why SpaceX violates DoD FOCI rules, why a Tesla-SpaceX merger is a national-security illegality, and what this means for Iran Round Two. $SPCX $TSLA

Another note for SpaceX attorneys and PR: There was no need to issue an alert at all. Your own internal data showed a safe 2km pass. But you issued a 400m collision alert anyway. Why? Because the alert itself is the weapon. Issuing it triggered FCC Cond 16, legally freezing ICEYE so it couldn't dodge. STARLINK-35856 didn't use its auto-evasion. It just parked there and kept the false alarm blaring while Russia sprinted in. It wasn't an accident.

Elon Musk claims that Ukraine allegedly violated Starlink's terms of use and used the system on combat drones.
As someone who was inside the process at the Ministry of Defense, I can say with certainty that this is not true.
In February of this year, whitelists were introduced. Stationary terminals could be registered by both military personnel and civilians.
But for any satellite terminal to work while on the move, it had to be added to a special list and connected to the military Starshield system. Otherwise, no satellite communication terminals in Ukraine would work.
In other words, using civilian Starlink for drone missions was technically impossible. All drone missions that required satellite communication could only be carried out using Starshield.
We are very grateful to the United States and SpaceX for access to critically important satellite communications. Ukraine did not violate the terms of use.

💥🚀 New footage released by local residents shows strike by eight Ukrainian Storm Shadow cruise missiles during the October 25 attack on Russia’s Energia plant in Yelets.
Missiles slam into the same spot one after another, with no visible air defense response. Witnesses claim eight missiles struck the facility.
Energia produces batteries for Russian missiles, aircraft, and other military equipment.
Combined with the October 23 Storm Shadow strike on Proton in Oryol, the scale of these attacks suggests Ukraine may have received a substantial new shipment of the missiles.

According to sources cited by The Wall Street Journal, President Trump's administration has proposed former Hungarian Prime Minister Orbán as a candidate for UN Secretary-General.
The United States is reportedly counting on Russia and China to support the idea.
The Wall Street Journal notes that Washington not only supported the former Hungarian PM’s decision to enter the race but even suggested the idea to him.
According to a preliminary assessment, Orbán could secure eight votes on the UN Security Council "without much difficulty."
To receive an official recommendation, a candidate must secure at least nine votes from the Security Council's 15 members, with none of the five permanent members (the United States, Russia, China, the United Kingdom, and France) voting against (i.e., exercising their veto power).
Rumors of Orbán's potential candidacy could be part of the ongoing negotiations between the United States, Russia, and China.
Orbán is seen as a compromise candidate, combining loyalty to President Trump with close ties to Moscow and Beijing.
For Moscow, having its own person in the UN's top administrative position could mean pro-Russian influence within the organization's structures. During his time as PM, Orbán repeatedly criticized and blocked EU sanctions packages against Russia and opposed military assistance to Ukraine.
If Orbán becomes UN Secretary-General, Ukraine and Europe could face increased diplomatic pressure, particularly over sanctions and negotiations on Moscow's terms.
The Office of the UN Secretary-General sets the agenda and prepares official reports. It is possible that under Orbán, UN institutions could shift their focus away from documenting Russian war crimes and violations of international law and instead seek to obstruct the establishment of a special international tribunal and efforts to secure reparations from Russia.
