For everyone, We developed this technology about a year ago, fired multiple times. Produced thrust out of it. CSIR - NAL is a Government Lab. @Thrustworks is a startup.
Successful Ignition with Gas-Dynamic Resonance Ignitor for In-Space Applications : CSIR-NAL More than an year back, CSIR-NAL started the development of a futuristic ignitor technology essential for in-space propulsion using green propellants such as Methane. This unique technology, was named as Unique Resonance Jet Assisted (URJA) ignition device, allows ease of multiple/infinite engine ignitions to carry out complex tasks for in-space applications such as those involving orbit transfers, attitude maneuvers of spacecraft/space stations and other deep space missions etc. CSIR-NAL have finally been successful in achieving auto-ignition with hydrogen by harnessing the power of gas-dynamic resonance. With this success they now move on to use Methane as fuel which was the original target. Since Methane is envisaged as the next rocket fuel, the development of this technology eliminates the need for a carrying separate ignitor propellants. Its success will be a big boost to ISROs upcoming methane engine development. CSIR-NAL team : Dr Shashi Bhushan Verma, Raghu Kumar (Technical Officer), Shamboo Yadav and Fakruddin Agadi

Can you believe it? india sent just 168 athelete in this para asian game and we won 114 medals 🏅. Why are people not talking about Para athlete's performance in para Asian games? reminder India won only 3 gold 🥇 in 2014 para Asian games but now we have reached 30 gold 🥇.

Awesome work !
🚨 Pune-based Astrophel Aerospace (@AstrophelHQ) has tested their indigenous actuator at full load, handling up to 5 kN. It is designed to steer their reusable launch vehicle. The company also plans to sell these actuators to defence and aerospace customers in India and abroad.

Quantum Computer using Particles of Light! Yes, you read it right. Bengaluru-based Quanfluence has raised $10 million to develop a full-stack photonic quantum computer. And its approach is fascinating. Many leading quantum computers rely on superconducting circuits that must be cooled to temperatures close to absolute zero. Quanfluence is pursuing a different architecture. Its processors use photons, the particles that make up light, to encode and manipulate quantum information through optical circuits. The company plans to integrate indigenously designed photonic chips, electronics and software into a working system. With early processors targeted for 2027, India could soon have another homegrown contender in the global quantum computing race.

I have spent nearly a decade building in education, and have interacted with 1000s of students. One belief has only grown stronger: this is the generation that will transform India. They are confident, ambitious and not afraid to take the unconventional path. Proud to play our bit in shaping them. And a big update: 98.3% of our first batch of Newton School of Technology Pune students are doing an internship just after their 2nd year, 17 students are building startups of their own. Here’s what some of them are working on 👇 📡 Raman is analysing satellite-signal interference at VyomIC, which is building a private satellite-navigation constellation for India. 🧠 Birajit is building infrastructure for evaluating AI models at AfterQuery, YC’s fastest unicorn. 🕹️ Devendra built a system to control a drone from a web browser in just 20 days at Drona Aviation. 💻 Sanjana gave up a paid internship to become a committer on the open source Apache Grails project. India has seen this before. In 1963, parts of our first sounding rocket were carried to the launch site on a bicycle. Fifty years later, India launched a mission to Mars. Today, private Indian startups are building rockets of their own. It took generations of engineers willing to take on problems bigger than anything they’d attempted before. This generation has its own problems to take on: 🛰️ Can every phone in India navigate on Indian satellites? 🤖 Can India build its own frontier AI model? 🏭 Can we build our own TSMC? India needs to build. India needs tons of builders. What do you want to see young Indians build?

Hello Uber, I just noticed something very disturbing. I haven't received any refund on my card for all the cancelled Uber bookings, whenever I don't get a driver or if the driver cancels. As I prepay the cab. It's been months. @UberIN_Support
