Moose (a service dog) was randomly attacked by a pit bull (also a service dog, or at least with a vest indicating as much).
It's long past time for to deal with pit bulls.
If you guys ever wonder why I have such a burning hatred for pit bulls; it's because I work with children and fairly often I'll see kids who were victims of a dog attack.
Every single time I ask the parent what kind of dog attacked their child, and EVERY SINGLE TIME IT'S A PIT.
A lot of the parents follow it up with "but it's the owners, not the dog" and I kid you not, one of the times when the Mom said this I asked her if it was a neighbor's dog and she said (very sheepishly) "it was our dog"
YES THE OWNERS ARE FUCKING RETARDED TOO, EVERY ONE OF THEM.
