i've read that in latin. it's good but caesar wrote very little about the ceremonial practices of any tribes and was more focused on legal and political practices (and how they compared to rome). broad things like the structure of society but i'm looking for ground-level stuff

i'm forced to intentionally avoid using certain words and terms in 6atw because of how utterly bastardized and meaningless they've become in the popular conscience (as well as generic fantasy). "fairy" or my personal #1 hated term "fae" are the most notable casualties of this

there are druids in the setting but i can't call them that because the word now carries very specific implications in a fantasy setting that are basically completely divorced from what the word actually means so using the word would just confuse the audience 9 times out of 10
