The indictment is now available & there are a couple of noteworthy things about it. First, instead of charging an 18 USC 371 conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, it uses 18 USC 1512k, which is more specific & carries a heavier penalty, as much as 20 years, instead of 5.
