Thank you. Can you let us know how Computershare determines the amount of “our” shares/entitlements that are held at DTC? The FAQ page states that it is “typically 10% to 20% of shares underpinning the plan”, but the @gamestop disclosure is oddly a much lower %.

ALL shareholders are stockholders. Nearly ALL stockholders are NOT shareholders.

Thank you @SecuritizeBilly, @carlosdomingo, and the rest of the @Securitize team. 🫡
.@Securitize listened and added labels to their stocks. - CET: Convertible Entitlement Tokens. They represent entitlement tokens and the whole idea around the CETs is to serve as a pathway to conversion to issuer sponsored tokens when the path opens. For example, if Amazon finally accepts to bring their shares onchain with securitize, you have the right to convert your stock entitlement directly into actual registered shares on the company's register. - IST: Issuer Sponsored Tokens. They represent tokens that are the real share. $SECZ is the only IST available rn, but hopefully we get many other companies to give in as tokenization wings grow even further.

SCOOP: Major U.S. banks are detecting unauthorized third-party AI agents inside customer accounts, including some attempting to take actions that appear to be independent of user instructions, sources told Axios. The findings have alarmed banking executives, who are racing to restrict access to their systems as AI moves at a velocity faster than financial institutions can respond, multiple industry and bank executives told Axios. Several banks are now preparing for worst-case and even “day after” scenarios, including how to rapidly secure or restore customer accounts if things go wrong, the people said. Several bank executives told Axios they're struggling to distinguish between human users and AI agents. One executive said banks also struggle to determine whether agents are authorized by customers or potentially operating without their permission, more akin to rogue agent behavior. Read my latest for Axios here: axios.com/2026/10/22/ai-agen…

Keep in mind that nearly all warrants expire "worthless". Whether GME price is at $26 or $34 on Oct 30th, if an investor does nothing, the warrants expire worthless. You don't magically just get $2 because the share price is above the exercise price. You have to sell or exercise the warrants and you can do either regardless of whether the share price is above or below $32. Whether the price is $26 or $34 on Oct 29th, an investor can sell the warrants on Oct 29th. They still have value. Whether the price is $26 or $34, an investor can exercise the warrants at $32. Either way, an investor needs to use $32 "new money" (at a minimum) to exercise a single warrant. Hypothetically, the warrants were worth more a few months ago when they were $3 and the stock was in the low $20's than they would be worth on Oct 29th if GME stock price was $33. If the stock price is $33 on Oct 29th, the warrants will probably only be worth maybe $1 or $2. Regarding the benefits of the warrants expiring "worthless" once they expire, 1) Dilution is off the table. 2) Investors will maybe go back to buying shares (instead of warrants) = "some" buying pressure.

These results defy logic. Nearly all warrant dividends expire worthless. Investors received a free “options contract”. Investors (who needed cash or wanted more shares) could have sold the warrants (and bought shares) without jeopardizing their shareholding position.

Yes, giving shares, which are stakes in the future economy, directly to the people is the way

.@TheNest removed this paragraph below which incorrectly stated that "buying stock gives you ownership in the issuing company." Brokers sell entitlements (not shares). Buying stock gives you an entitlement to shares (not shares themselves).

Good advice.
Surround yourself with people who see a flying car and say, "Awesome!" Not people who see a flying car and say, "It's not actually flying" or "I don't see the point." This post is not about cars :)

This 14 year old article was updated 3 days after @ryancohen sold his BBBY "shares". If you hold stock certificates or DRS, you have no risk of losing your shares in the event your broker files for bankruptcy. What did the article change? Check out in the first comment below.

Make sure that he understands that the real ownership structure (of the entire stock market) is well hidden. So much so that the largest transfer agent @Computershare publishes a misleading structure format, and the @SECGov refuses to correct it nor publish their own.

It looks like GME warrants can still be DRS’d from @Fidelity. This is from today. By comparison, @BedBathBeyond warrants could not be DRS’d this close to expiration. *it is easier to exercise GMEWS from Fidelity than @Computershare imho, and you can not sell them at CS.
