اعتبارات انرژی سپاه پاسداران انقلاب اسلامی (IRGC) فروخته نمی‌شوند؛ بلکه در بانک‌های متوسط عمان با اعتبارات نوسترو (Nostro Credits) معاوضه می‌شوند.
این اعتبارات در قالب اوراق قرضه مصنوعیِ دارای پشتوانه وثیقه (Collateralized Synthetic Bonds) بسته‌بندی می‌شوند.
سپس این اوراق به میزهای معاملات بازخرید (Repo) در لندن منتقل می‌شوند و به‌عنوان وثیقه‌هایی باکیفیت بالا برای تضمین وام‌های کوتاه‌مدت مورد استفاده قرار می‌گیرند.
بدون جریان شبانه‌روزی و دائمی این وثیقه‌های انرژی موسوم به «اوراق تاریک» (Dark Paper)، نسبت‌های اهرمی در مرکز مالی لندن (City of London) فرو خواهد پاشید.
جنگ سال ۲۰۲۶ با ایران، ریشه در تقابل میان دو جناح تشکیل‌دهنده نخبگان جهانی دارد.
اختلافات این دو جناح از اتاق‌های هیئت‌مدیره شرکت‌ها به رویدادهای واقعی جهان کشیده شده است؛ نشانه‌های این درگیری را می‌توان در برخی «حوادث» ظاهراً بی‌ارتباط نیز مشاهده کرد.

آن‌ها می‌دانند که نسبت بدهی به تولید ناخالص داخلی در کشورهای غربی به سطحی فاجعه‌بار رسیده است.
آن‌ها از تجارت موازی برای مهار تورم داخلی و جلوگیری از فروپاشی بازار معاملات بازخرید (Repo Market) استفاده می‌کنند.
از دیدگاه این گروه، توافق هسته‌ای چیزی جز یک راه‌حل حقوقی موقت نیست؛ نوعی چسب زخم قانونی که اجازه می‌دهد جریان «ماده شوینده» (Detergent) همچنان ادامه پیدا کند.

این گروه به دنبال تشدید درگیری نظامی و تغییر رژیم در ایران است.
آن‌ها در تلاش‌اند تا با تحمیل یک نکول گسترده در بدهی‌های جهانی و اجرای «بازنشانی بزرگ» (Great Reset)، همه مردم را به سمت یک نظام پول دیجیتال بانک مرکزی (CBDC) سوق دهند؛ نظامی که در آن تمامی تراکنش‌ها به‌طور کامل قابل ردیابی باشند.
آن‌ها چرخه معاملات با ایران را هدف قرار داده‌اند، زیرا این چرخه قابل ردیابی نیست.
