I've just wasted 55 minutes of my life trying to talk to your 'customer services' dept. Both the staff members I spoke to could barely communicate in English, and the line kept breaking up... until it died altogether.
Wasted time, no resolution, and huge frustration. You're supposed to be a COMMUNICATIONS company!
What am I expected to do now? Go through that same shambolic exercise again?
