I don't think the @book_io art team gets enough of a spotlight for the incredible art they have created over the past couple years! I'm going to start posting a cover a day from my collection for the next year to highlight the amazing collectibles the team has made. 1/365

I’ve been quiet on here for a while, but this space and what BitFins could become has never been far from my mind. I took time away to pursue what I needed for development and now I’m finally taking it in the direction I’ve always wanted. Excited to share this next chapter with you. Keep swimming. 🐟
Cardano needs a new chapter. We’re building ours. 🐟 The original BitFins, reimagined for a digital aquarium you can make your own. Familiar fish. New creatures. A more immersive world. Your digital sanctuary. Explore → bitfins.world

It's so fucking crazy that crypto started with decentralization, uncensorability and digital cash but somehow we ended up with most money on exchanges, the most hyped blockchains being freaking robinhood chain & other centralized chains and the main use-case of crypfo being gambling & mirroring the dollar on-chain - but not like digital cash, no we also added freezability. So it's actually worse than cash. And when you talk to people working in the space and tell them you're there for decentralization, somehow you're the weird one. The majority of this industry has seriously gone down then wrong path.

.@InstallKosmos has 15,904 commits on main since the very first one on 6 August, which is 75 days ago, averaging 212 a day. 🤯 Total code close to 2 million lines: about 786k lines of code, 624k lines of tests and 543k lines of docs and plans. I was only able to do this because of AI agents, and now you can use Kosmos to easily create agents and put them to work. Its open-source so you can go fork it if you want, or follow along with all the free updates that my agents are pushing each day on both Mac and Windows.
Meet Kosmos, an AI agent manager for your Mac or PC. Create an agent in seconds, or a whole team in one click. Switch models and keep the memory. Reply to agents from any device. Free Download: installkosmos.com

JUST IN: Elon Musk unveils the Tesla Roadster by launching it off a ramp before the car flipped in midair and safely landed on the ground. The car is a collaboration between Tesla and SpaceX. One of the most insane things I've ever seen.

Little clarity here... Josh built @InstallKosmos because agent management is the future. On it, I'm running over 30 agents. It's like a superpower to help with all the awesome stuff we have going on at @book_io and @stuff_io. Want an agent? It's now as easy as clicking a button.

Revenue sharing seems pretty popular nowadays. Pump fun has it. Fomo has it. 👀 So we built it into JamOnBread, directly in the smart contract, on more than one level. Marketplaces that list or sell JamOnBread listings get a share of the fee. So do users → register once, share your referral link, and earn up to 40% of the trading fee on sales that come through it. Paid on-chain, directly in the sale. ONWARDS.

I went into @draper_u thinking I was refining a Cardano startup idea. I came out thinking very differently about how I build companies. For four weeks in Silicon Valley, the Genesis program forced me to question market size, customer validation, fundraising, go-to-market, trust, security, and whether what I was building was actually a business. The original idea was a Web3 bounty platform. That eventually led me somewhere much more interesting: programmable escrow and stablecoin payment infrastructure. In this video, I go through the full experience, including pitching @TimDraper, getting the pitch wrong before getting it right, learning to validate before building, and how those lessons are now shaping @MoshiConcepts and Hokan. A huge thank you to everyone who shared their time and experience throughout the program: @draper_u @TimDraper @aalicbarker @AsraNadeem @TechRebelWorld @sfjmorris @Andytang @joevezz @lorenzoxbt @rodventures @1stNoL @c00v @LuchangArcanum And also David Bland, George Northup, Azan Haider, Tessalou Velera @OrionFund @Cometa_Labs and @samizb This one packs a lot of lessons. Chapters: 0:00 Intro 1:23 The Genesis programme 2:16 Building something isn't enough 4:22 The first pitches 5:54 Talking to real customers 7:25 The idea starts changing 8:40 Pitch practice and getting it wrong 10:53 Pitching in front of Tim Draper 12:32 The question from Tim Draper 14:10 Catalyst, grants and automation 15:37 Trust is the real product 17:01 After the pitch, the programme changed 18:27 Go to market 19:32 Blockchain should become boring 21:10 Not everything needs a token 22:09 Networking was probably my weakest area 23:36 The people were a massive part of it 24:40 The Cardano community came to Draper 25:35 The final week 27:14 Resilience 28:19 Stablecoins and payments kept coming back 29:11 The final days 29:57 What actually changed for me 31:07 What I'm building now 32:15 Conclusion The biggest lesson? Being able to build something doesn't mean it's the right thing to build. Validate. Listen. Adjust. Then keep building. 👊
