Just wrapped up Day 5 on the bus, and the Pee Dee is fired up! We started the day in Hartsville, made our way to Chesterfield, and ended in Florence. Rural South Carolina is special and shouldn’t be left behind. It won’t be forgotten when I’m Governor. Thanks for coming out!

Kicked off Day 4 of Alan’s Affordability Tour in Greenwood with the Greenwood, McCormick, Saluda, and Newberry County GOPs alongside @VoteStumbo ! Great energy and even better conversations about our plan to lower taxes, cut costs, and make South Carolina more affordable for hardworking families. We’re not slowing down. Onward to Election Day!

More than 10,000 pressed fentanyl pills, over 6 pounds of fentanyl and suspected fentanyl, and significant amounts of methamphetamine and cocaine seized. Operation “Duffle Bag Boyz” resulted in 25 individuals indicted on 129 criminal charges. The operation also uncovered an alleged dogfighting ring, resulting in the seizure of 47 dogs. Tragically, some of these dogs will have to be euthanized due to the horrific conditions they were allegedly subjected to. This operation is the result of outstanding cooperation between local, state, and federal law enforcement. I'm grateful for their tireless work to protect families in Chester and Lancaster Counties. We will never stop fighting to get this poison off our streets, combat animal cruelty, and keep South Carolina communities safe.

Yesterday on Day 3 of our Affordability Bus Tour, we traveled through Chester, York, and Lancaster Counties, meeting with great South Carolinians and sharing our plan to lower property taxes, eliminate the state income tax, and bring down everyday costs. Early voting is underway, and Election Day is November 3.
