After May 11, 2023, the Biden admin will stop using #Title42 to expel migrants seeking to enter the U.S. However, the use of fast-tracked deportations under #Title8 & the proposed #AsylumBan will continue to restrict access to #asylum & other humanitarian protections. #EndTitle42
