We’re constantly hiring and looking for talented people to join the team.
So, we’ve just launched Polify Jobs, where anyone can apply and submit their portfolio.
We’re currently urgently hiring motion and graphic designers, but we’ve intentionally added a Free Apply option as well.
If you’re a developer, 3D animator, UI/UX designer, or anything else and you think you’re good enough to catch our attention
PLEASE apply below!
A designer with figma mcp can do 100% of what a dev can do already
Every single experienced designer/agency are currently shipping client work into code directly
While 80% of dev shops are currently dying out
So who is really losing their jobs here
Designers will lose their jobs in 2027. Here's why.
not because AI got good at design.
because a developer with these 7 free repos can now do 80% of what they used to pay a designer for.
and most designers haven't opened a single one.
-> Figma-Context-MCP
gives a coding agent your Figma file. the README says it builds designs in one shot, and does it better than pasting screenshots
github.com/GLips/Figma-Conte…
-> Penpot
the open-source Figma alternative. its MCP server lets AI read and edit designs, and pass them to code and back
github.com/penpot/penpot
-> Onlook
an AI-first design tool. you edit the actual code visually, like you're in a design app
github.com/onlook-dev/onlook
-> React Bits
the biggest open-source library of animated React components. the "premium" landing page look, copy and paste
github.com/DavidHDev/react-b…
-> HyperFrames
write HTML, get a finished video. made by HeyGen for AI agents. product promos without a motion designer
github.com/heygen-com/hyperf…
-> MCP for Blender
connects Blender to Claude or any other model. the agent builds and edits real 3D scenes
github.com/ahujasid/mcp-for-…
-> graphify
point it at your brand folder: guidelines, PDFs, images, old projects. it turns all of it into a knowledge graph your agent can search, so every design it makes follows your rules
github.com/Graphify-Labs/gra…
~360k stars between them. $0 to start.
here's the uncomfortable part:
the designers who lose their jobs won't lose them to AI.
they'll lose them to the designer who learned these first.
taste is still yours. the hours aren't.
bookmark this before your next client finds it first.

Route × @Alchemy 🤝
Route searches every pool for the best price and simulates every quote against the live chain state before you sign. Our node handles the hot path; Alchemy keeps the rest reliable.
The best router can’t afford downtime, and nobody does reliability at scale better than Alchemy.
Robinhood Chain, Base, BNB Chain and more to come.
"Keeping the rest reliable" is what we like to do 😉
Proud to help @routedotfun help their users find the best price every time ✅

Designers are such delicate flowers
You are applying for a job at a startup, thinking they will handle everything like an enterprise company
Things change in startsups over night and they might have thought u were not good fit but doesnt want to hurt your feelings.
On the topic of free trials, thats a standard things worldwide. In northern europe devs go through 10+ small trials and calls before they get the job
Only privileged twitter designers complain about working in the real world
ABSOLUTELY SHAMELESS.
Julia contacted me to work for @yourpersona and mentioned they were looking to hire full-time.
After our call, she took many days to reply. I assumed she was busy, so I let time pass.
Then she came back with a project and said:
“We changed it to make it easier and less time consuming. To preface, it won’t be paid (I wanted to be clear, since I mentioned that in our last call), since we just want fast work so we can speed up the hiring process. We love your work!”
Two things:
1. She never mentioned it wouldn’t be paid on our last call, but I didn’t think much of it.
2.She said she wants to speed up the hiring process.
I worked hard on the project. It took me 2-3 hours, on top of a 24-hour deadline for another client, because I wanted to make a good first impression. I submitted it and waited. I knew I did well, and I was confident my designs were better than anyone’s.
I waited patiently for days. Then she sent this:
“Hey, I have an update! The team thinks you’re a great designer and we would love to work with you, we’re just a little too early to expand right now. We’d love to stay in touch and reconnect in a month or two! I’ll hit you up then :)”
Mind you, she said they wanted to hire fast. Now they’re “a little too early to expand”? And she went on to post this engagement farming post.
Why is she posting this when she’s already “found” me? The team supposedly thinks I’m great and would love to work with me.
I contacted a few friends here on X who have viral posts like mine. They got the exact same message from her.
If you’re not ready to expand, why ask for a free trial and promise a full-time role? And why are you now shamelessly posting this to get people to do more free work and hand over more free ideas for your app?
I’ve created an Opus 5.5 skill for making animations like these.
Download it from my GitHub and add it to Claude. You can then use it to create high-quality animations similar to the ones I’ve posted:
Tips for the best results:
- It usually works best when you have it pull assets directly from Figma.
- If you’re not using Figma, upload the assets separately as PNGs with transparent backgrounds. Avoid screenshots.
- Describe the motion you want for each individual element.
- Use real references when describing the exact motion or animation style you want.

Everyone says AI is going to replace designers, editors, and creatives.
but who is actually using AI the most?
Designers use AI every day, and they might be the group that has elevated their work from it the most.
- Devs use AI to work less
- Founders use AI to launch slop
- Marketers use AI to take shortcuts and spend less
Designers:
- Launch their own tools
- Build frontend without relying on devs to ruin it
- Experiment with more styles and motion
- Animate components and interactions
- Finally be able to create proper prototypes
I think we’ll see more designers become founders of the next of billion dollar companies, rather than lose their jobs to AI.
