You need 1 pt, you need 2pts, you need 3pts, you need 6 or 7pts on every drive. I’m never chasing points until at least the 4th qtr. more often than not the offense doesn’t execute, bc the pressure to execute ramps up on them!
The thing I noticed about the long run at the end is, no pullers. Just move the guy in front of you! Simplify the blocking schemes. The OL is young. There is no law that says you have to pull to run the ball. Just create a quick hole and let the backs go!
Why are yall assume this is an RPO? You mean to tell me any running QB would miss this read? Esp, athletic QBs that like to run. And he’s 8 yards from the endzone.
I see the horrible missed block by Edwards. But you can’t tell me an athletic running qb like Russell isn’t going to keep, even if it’s to his detriment. You hardly ever hear anyone say a qb should have kept. It’s always the qb shlould have given instead of kept.
I heard someone make a point yesterday, that basically under DeBoer, no offensive player that had a season ending injury from a prior year and came back, played much if at all the next year.
Just change the wording to say the ball is NEVER allowed to touch the ground. Saying the ball is allowed to hit the ground & move, is what pisses fans off. The refs never call it that way. Anytime they see the ball look like it MAY have touched the ground they rule it incomplete.
They haven’t been good since Koolaid and Arnold. When I watched the combine & saw UT & LSU rec running 4.3s. Then Arnold & Koolaid running 4.5s & 4.6s it made since how they were getting dusted! The remnants of that lead to our loss to UT in 2026!
Can you answer two questions? 1. Did Talty really miss the 2st FG? Didn’t show & no replay. 2. A&M was penalized for PF facemask DURING Bama punt, b4 half. Instead of it being Bama ball + 15 yrds w/ a chance at a FG, A&M got 1/2 distance & just knelt the ball & went to half. How?
@SECOfficiating @sec In the @AlabamaFTBL game vs Texas A&M, Alabama punted the ball. A personal foul facemask was called on Texas A&M during the play, not after. They gave the ball to A&M. Shouldn’t that have been Alabama’s ball and 15 yards?
If he doesn’t have the ball, or “control” of the ball, how is the ball simultaneously moving with him In the direction he is moving?
I don’t think Keelon hands it off on the wrong side. I think Hill went the wrong way. The FB went to the right. The massive hole opens on the right. Hill went to the left.
When KD first came I wanted Grubb too bc they just went to a Natty. But then 1. He shunned us 2. He sucked at SEA which sort of spoiled it. But I still had hope for Grubb bc he was back w/ KD. NOW! Im DONE w/ him! I never trusted Womack. Def is either TO or points. I want stops!
5. Continues to baffle me about Bama fans. 3 weeks ago Grubb called out fans bc of slow starts & booing them. I honestly believe Bama’s D is not good, just opportunistic, which has allowed our offense to figure it out & turn it on. I feel the D either gets TOs or gives up points
