What’s up with this new type of bot? Usually they engagement farm by continuously replying but now the reply once or twice then block. Especially when proven wrong.
I reported a post of a woman full-on flashing the camera and X said it didn’t violate their rules. 🤦♂️
My total annual compensation is around $110k. That puts me in the top 20% of income earners in the U.S.
Think about that. What does that say about the country?
I don’t understand the infantilization allegation. She’s described as incredibly thin and short in the light novels due to malnutrition while growing up. She’s not as thin in the anime and they did soften her facial features a bit to make her easier to draw and animate.
Replying to @rLOGXOemVO71063
not bad art/animation - bad character design, they infantilized maomao here when it’s unnecessary and extremely distasteful
Travis Willingham telling me I made the right choices when I chose Blonde Blazer and Phenomaman was exactly what I needed during my Saturday. 😁
She’s arguing to keep young conservatives from hitching their wagon to Trump specifically and not the general Republican Party. She wants this because she knows many in Trump’s orbit have been and will be prosecuted for crimes. Crimes backed by evidence and convicted by juries.
ON UCHICAGO CAMPUS: U.S. Senator from Michigan Elissa Slotkin hopes planned political prosecutions of republican leaders will scare young conservatives from getting involved in politics.

He was lying flat on his back in the road with both hands in the air, shouting that he was a therapist and the man beside him was autistic and holding a toy truck.
A policeman shot Charles Kinsey anyway. Kinsey asked him why.
The officer said: "I don't know."
North Miami, Florida, 18 July 2016. Kinsey, 47, was a behavioural therapist. One of his patients, Arnaldo Rios Soto, a 26-year-old autistic man, had wandered out of a group home and was sitting in the middle of the road playing with a silver toy truck.
Someone called 911 and reported a man with a gun threatening to kill himself.
Kinsey did everything. He lay down in the road on his back. He put both hands straight up in the air where they could be seen. He shouted his identification, his job, his patient's condition, and that the object was a toy. It is on video.
A SWAT officer fired three rounds. One hit Kinsey in the leg.
Then he was rolled over and handcuffed, bleeding in the road, and left there for a reported twenty minutes before an ambulance got to him.
He asked the officer why he had shot him. He has testified that the answer was: *I don't know.*
The officer, Jonathan Aledda, said he had been trying to protect Kinsey and believed Rios Soto was armed and a threat. He was charged — which is itself unusual — and tried twice. The first trial produced a conviction on one count of culpable negligence. A judge threw it out. A second jury acquitted him in 2019.
Nobody has been held responsible.
Kinsey survived and gave interviews, and the sentence he keeps returning to is the one everybody should take from this.
He was unarmed, flat on his back, hands up, announcing himself, in daylight, on camera.
He did everything right, and it did not matter.
Every Black parent in America who has ever recited the rules to a teenager — hands visible, say sir, do not move, announce what you are doing — has had to reckon with Charles Kinsey, because he followed all of them, perfectly, out loud, and was shot anyway.
In my experience as a federal agent, we NEVER did a no knock. SWAT would just surround and call out. We would also have bearcats that could open the front door safely or even tear down a wall if needed. There are so many options that are safer than going full cowboy and dying.
Bodycam footage of an attempted police raid in Atlantic City, NJ on the home of a paralyzed man where two cops were shot has been released.
One officer was shot in the femoral artery but recovered after two weeks in the hospital and another officer was shot in the head but the round was stopped by his ballistic helmet 🪖
It's a good reminder that when you have a hammer everything looks like a nail. Perhaps a "tactical callout," when serving a warrant at the home of a known PARALYZED man, is a better option than a dynamic breach.
Perhaps in 99.9999%+ of the incidents modern "SWAT" teams are used, a callout is the better option as militarized police endanger ALL Americans and are, quite literally, the "Standing Army" our Founders warned us about.
Avoid making ego driven decisions accordingly...

Dear Undecided Voters,
If there's 10 people on the bus, and 3 vote to drive off the cliff, 2 vote against it, and 5 people don't vote, you're all going off the cliff.
Your reminderthat not voting is literally the dumbest choice.
GO VOTE THIS NOVEMBER.
Fucking speak up, Murray!!!! #criticalrespoilers
For episodes 25 & 26 of C4
I’ll agree this isn’t a politically motivated case when republicans admit the classified documents case and the insurrection case weren’t politically motivated.
BREAKING: Justice Department issues subpoenas in investigation into progressive Rep. Ilhan Omar’s immigration status, including to members of her family. nbcnews.com/politics/trump-a…
This is such a nothing issue that it’s ridiculous.
No, they shouldn't be.
And some of the responses in the comments illustrate why.
"Our zoo is free!"
No, it's not. You're paying for it. It costs a lot of money and the funds are taken out of my tax dollars regardless if I go to the zoo or not.
"But it's only a few dollars!" is also bs.
Because I pay a few dollars to subsidize the zoo, a few more to subsidize bus fares, a bunch more to pay for things like funding a study for the mating habits of tree frogs, LOTS of extra for public schools I do not use, and thousands of dollars to subsidize things nobody knows about. Each straw is just a straw, but eventually that camel's back can't handle the strain.
None of this is free. You're paying for it if you like it or not. And ever dollar you take in taxes is a dollar someone else doesn't have to spend where *they* need it.
Zoos are a good thing. But they should be funded by the people who want to trade them the fruits of their labor for the experience. It is not a moral position to demand others pay for something that you feel benefits them whether or not they want it.
I’m ready for Orange Rac/pist Grandpa to be out of the White House and never be invited to Thanksgiving ever again.
Another one ran away. Claiming that I’m uneducated when he’s making stupid claims about women. He also had no idea how consent works. Poor incel.
