So why is a "personal capacity" matter on a government letterhead? And her church fundraising hobbies have a department logo? How old are you? And why are you working without training, restraint and due regard for the office you represent?
Minister Kubayi will appoint a legal team in her personal capacity. As the custodian of the State Attorney Policy, the Minister is fully aware of its provisions and has responsibility to ensure compliance.
From the outset, the Minister understood that the policy does not provide for State funded legal representation in matters of this nature. Accordingly, the legal costs associated with the proceedings will not be paid by the state.
Further details regarding the legal proceedings will be communicated once the court papers have been filed.

BREAKING NEWS: Advocate Garth Hulley who has previously work with Zondo Commission has allegedly been served with a protection order for harassment.
Hulley has allegedly been harassing and threatening a young woman after she refused his advances, he allegedly threatened to kill her and rape her corpse.
In some of his WhatsApp messages advocate Hulley said:
