Late Night aspire to acquire… At some point, acquiring more becomes less important than using what you already have. The knowledge. The contacts. The experience. The ideas. Maybe the next level isn’t another thing to acquire. Maybe it’s time to deploy. What are you sitting on?

Let’s make something very simple, if we are discussing something serious which means something to me, no be that time you go Address me as “Dear” , cos you go unleash the Edo spirits that have been subdued for generations and you go think of why you decided to be patronising.

🎀 October ends. Breast cancer awareness shouldn’t. Practical ways to help reduce your risk beyond awareness month, with one reminder: reducing risk doesn’t mean eliminating it. A diagnosis is never a reason for blame. 🧵👇🏾 → 🍷 Less alcohol, lower risk. Alcohol increases breast cancer risk even at low levels. UK guidance: no more than 14 units/week, spread over 3+ days if drinking that amount. This isn’t a target or risk-free allowance. Less is better; none gives the lowest alcohol-related risk. → 🏃🏾‍♀️ Make movement a habit. Walking, dancing, cycling and swimming count. Physical activity helps lower breast cancer risk beyond its effect on weight. Aim for sustainable habits and a healthy weight: excess body fat increases risk after menopause. → 🤱🏾 Breastfeeding can lower breast cancer risk if it’s possible and right for you. But feeding decisions are personal, and breastfeeding isn’t possible for everyone. This is information, not a reason for guilt. 🤍 → 🧬 Strong family history of breast or ovarian cancer? Ask your GP about specialist risk assessment. You may be offered genetic counselling and testing, including BRCA1/2. Depending on risk, options include additional screening, risk-reducing medicines or surgery. → 💊 Taking HRT or hormonal contraception? Discuss your individual benefits and risks with your clinician before making changes. No single “superfood”, supplement or detox can prevent breast cancer. People with healthy habits can still develop it. Compassion matters. → 🎀 The month ends. The learning continues. . . Missed my breast cancer content? Catch up on my YouTube channel ➡️➡️➡️ youtu.be/GfuzyxxOgM4?is=EDab…. ▶️ 💬 Which habit will you carry into November? 🔖 Bookmark this thread. 🔁 Repost to share. ➕ Follow for clear health information.

This pregnancy matter sha. First day I assisted delivery, I didn't know anything so my work was just to hold her hands....I can't forget how she said 'Nurse please don't let me die' And yes....she later died from PPH. No one has the right to tell a woman how her pregnancy felt💔

Did you notice something, at no point did she call him ‘dear’. At no point did she responded to being called ‘dear’. She rather responded calling him ‘doc’. She’s always been uncomfortable with it, & she had to voice it out. It’s not even her, going on his post trying to be dearing’ it’s him initiating things. She only encouraged his dream which was with cash offline. So I understand if she doesn’t see him as someone that close enough to use ‘dear’ for her in that manner. Also, on a second thought, this ‘dear’ thing might just be a Yoruba thing. It’s adults that uses ‘dear’ for kids, or very close friends using dear for each other, except it’s in the context of ‘Dear Mr Jonah’

Lol You dont know @drifeleah at all. Not a good person ke. When you people don't like one person like this. Every reason to bring them down. You will just be looking for opportunity.

That girl is not a good person at all, asides from being expectedly unintelligent. @Oselpqt should be more circumspect. He shouldn’t throw “my person” around recklessly.

This is all you do. No intelligent addition to conversations. Just quoting people, belittling them, so that you can feel not so terrible about yourself.

It is unfair what they're doing to Dr. Leah sha. She has been very civil through this entire discourse yet she's the one being called unthinkable names.

Give this guy 15-20yrs, he'll get to to the position of NMCN Registrar. You might not agree with all his opinions but you can't deny his passion to improve the Nursing profession in Nigeria.
