Having no gallbladder doesn't rule out carnivore, because the gallbladder never made any bile. It was a storage tank.
The liver makes the bile, about a litre a day, with or without the tank. What the gallbladder did was hold it between meals and squeeze a concentrated dose into the gut the moment a fatty meal turned up. Without it, the bile dribbles in steadily all day instead, so a big slug of fat arriving all at once can run ahead of the supply, and the result is the loose, urgent hour after dinner that puts people off.
The fix is timing, not abstinence.
- Spread the fat across the day instead of one heroic plate
- Build it up over three or four weeks, not three or four days
- Fat in the meat beats fat poured over it
- Butter and cream first: dairy fat is partly short-chain and needs little bile
- Eggs and 20% mince before brisket and suet
- An ox bile capsule with the fattiest meal while the gut learns
Within a couple of months the ducts adapt and most people are eating the same plate as anyone else, fat cap and all.
A surgeon took the tank. The factory is still running. Most of the people told they'll never manage fat again were never told the difference.

1863: they sold cocaine wine as a daily tonic, and a pope pinned a gold medal on it.
1898: they sold heroin as a cough medicine, and spooned it into coughing children.
1918: they sold radium water as a health drink, and the millionaire who drank 1,400 bottles was buried in a lead-lined coffin with most of his jaw gone.
1921: they put lead in petrol, and Britain kept it in the pumps until 2000.
1930s: they X-rayed children's feet in shoe shops, and kids queued to watch their toes wiggle on the screen.
1940s: they rubbed mercury teething powder into babies' gums, and about 1 in 500 of those babies was poisoned.
1946: they sold cigarettes on the line that more doctors smoked their brand, and put a man in a white coat on the advert.
1949: they gave the lobotomy a Nobel Prize, and doctors went in through the eye socket with an ice pick.
1952: they sold a cigarette filter made of asbestos as the greatest health protection in smoking history, and smokers drew it into their lungs with every puff.
1957: they sold thalidomide to pregnant women for morning sickness, and around 10,000 babies were born with missing or shortened limbs.
1960s: they sold margarine as the heart-healthy fat, and spread trans fat on a generation's toast.
1996: they sold OxyContin as barely addictive, and started an overdose epidemic.
1999: they sold Vioxx for sore joints, and pulled it five years later after tens of thousands of heart attacks.
2026: they're selling seed oil as the heart-healthy fat, and it's in almost every packet in your kitchen.
Every one of these came with an expert's blessing and the same total certainty.
The people telling you which fat to fear today sit in the same chairs as the ones who put radium in the water and a doctor on the cigarette packet, and they're every bit as sure.

That video of B.C. Green leader Emily Lowan saying she needs to fight the “existence” of the Conservatives is going viral…
People should watch her entire victory speech. Let them speak!
She perfectly highlights the idiocy of communists/marxists/statists…
“Government is supposed to make people’s lives better”.
She then goes on to say how she will “fight for you in the streets”.
These people are Marxists, pure and simple.
Government is not supposed to make people’s lives better.
Government is supposed to stay the hell out of people’s lives inasmuch as humanly possible. If government is a necessary evil, it needs to be the smallest necessary evil possible.
The Marxist don’t want to make people’s lives better.
They want to control and micromanage every aspect of people’s lives and livelihoods.

Have you noticed the heavy marketing of vaccines? Posters, radio adverts, celebrities, social media influencers, especially from doctors.
Here’s why true informed consent almost never happens with modern vaccination campaigns:
• Fear first. Parents are alarmed about common childhood illnesses, and fear puts people in a suggestible state of mind.
• “Free” isn’t free. The taxpayer pays, and it’s a hugely lucrative market for Big Pharma.
• “Safe and effective” is asserted, yet many were licensed against another vaccine or an adjuvant rather than an inert saline placebo, with little long term follow up.
• “Protect others” is claimed even where there’s little evidence the vaccine stops infection or transmission.
• The danger of the disease is exaggerated, and the absolute risk is rarely given.
• The legal standard isn’t met. Since Montgomery (2015), UK law requires patients to be told of every material risk and reasonable alternative. A rushed clinic or school session rarely does that.
• The full manufacturer’s leaflet is seldom handed over before the jab.
• In school programmes, a child deemed Gillick competent can consent even when parents have refused.
• Ingredients aren’t discussed, such as aluminium salts used as adjuvants in many childhood vaccines, thiomersal (a mercury based preservative still used in some multidose vials worldwide), porcine gelatin in the nasal flu vaccine, and fetal derived cell lines used for some vaccines.
• Compensation is minimal and hard to get. The UK scheme pays a one off £120,000, and only if you’re judged at least 60% disabled. In the UK and elsewhere the process is slow, long winded and rarely successful. US manufacturers have been largely shielded from liability since 1986.
• Adverse reactions are underreported, as the Yellow Card scheme relies on voluntary reports.
• Alternatives such as delaying, spacing or single vaccines are rarely offered, and prior natural immunity is usually ignored.
• Incentives and coercion replace free choice, from Australia’s “No Jab, No Pay” to school entry requirements in the US.
Without honest information and a genuine freedom to say no, there is no informed consent.

At 13 Judy Garland signed with MGM, and the studio decided she was too fat, put her on chicken soup, black coffee and cigarettes, and handed her pills to keep her going and more pills to knock her out, and by the time she finished The Wizard of Oz she was hooked on both.
She had been on stage since she was two, as Frances Gumm, the youngest of the Gumm Sisters. Her mother, Ethel, managed her, and according to her biographer first gave her pills, for energy and for sleep, before she was ten. Judy later called her mother the real Wicked Witch of the West.
MGM signed her in 1935. Louis B. Mayer and the studio bosses reportedly called her a fat little pig with pigtails. Mayer insisted on the diet himself: chicken soup, black coffee and cigarettes, with pills to take her appetite away. The studio supplied the pep pills, and when they left her too wired to sleep after the long days on set, it supplied sleeping pills for that. She and Mickey Rooney, she said later, were worked "days and nights on end", once for 72 hours straight, and kept going on pills.
She was 16 when filming began on The Wizard of Oz, and by the time it ended she was addicted to amphetamines and barbiturates. The girl in the gingham dress singing about somewhere over the rainbow was being starved by the studio and dosed by it.
The rest of her life was pills, husbands, comebacks and collapses. "At times," she said, "I have been pretty much of a walking advertisement for sleeping pills." She died in London on 22 June 1969, aged 47, of an accidental overdose of barbiturates.
At MGM a growing girl's hunger was treated as the problem, and the studio had a chemical for it.
Hollywood has never stopped thinking that way. It has only changed the delivery, from a bottle of pills to a weekly injection.

Everyone calling seed oil sceptics a cult is defending a cooking oil that has to be deodorised before anyone will eat it.
You're defending something humans managed two million years without, until a soap company put it in the kitchen in 1911.
Something that can't leave the seed without a petrol solvent, or look like food without bleach.
Something that leaves the refinery carrying trans fat and a carcinogen Europe now caps in baby formula.
Something that has more than doubled in our diet, and more than doubled in our body fat.
Over the same century, the heart attack went from a medical curiosity to the world's biggest killer.
Since 1990 alone, diabetes has quadrupled and obesity has doubled.
And a liver disease nobody had even named in 1980 now turns up in a third of adults.
You're defending the raw material for the body's own cannabis, the munchies chemical, in the middle of an obesity crisis.
A fat that breaks down inside your fat cells into an aldehyde that stops them listening to insulin.
A fat whose breakdown products climb as the liver gets worse.
A fat that goes rancid inside cholesterol particles until the artery wall turns them into plaque.
A fat that stays in your body for two years, so you're still paying for it long after the receipt's gone.
You're defending an oil that lowered cholesterol in trials and saved nobody.
An oil that was given to heart attack survivors in place of animal fat, and killed more of them than leaving them alone did.
An oil whose biggest trial, 9,000 people swapping butter for corn oil, was hidden in a basement for forty years.
And you're doing it all on the word of a heart charity built on the soap company's money.
But sure, we're the cult.

Why is Mark Carney giving away huge sums of cash, without seeking a final remedy for the numerous FN land title claims?
Why are Canadians being asked to pay more & assume more Federal debt than ever, while we have the uncertainty all these land title claims create?

Dairy is the best thing on carnivore and the first thing to pull when something's wrong, and most people do it the other way round.
What each one carries:
- Butter: fat, almost nothing else
- Double cream: 48% fat, nearly no lactose
- Hard cheese: fat, protein, next to no lactose
- Soft cheese: some lactose
- Yoghurt: some lactose, cultured
- Milk: about 5% lactose, a glass is a dose
- Raw milk: the same sugar, the living version
So butter, cream and hard cheese sit at one end, where almost nobody has a problem, and milk sits at the other, where the trouble lives.
The test when something's off, a stall, a skin flare, bloating, a joint that's playing up: drop the dairy for a fortnight, every drop of it, and watch. If nothing changes, put it back and stop worrying. If something changes, bring it back from the top of the list down, butter first, milk last, and find out where the line is.
Most people's line is milk. Most people's problem was pasteurised milk, and raw milk is where I'd start again.
Nobody needs to give up butter. Nobody has ever needed to give up butter.

Find the Cure, Not the Exit
Canada just moved to let people sign up in advance to be killed by the state. Not when they're suffering. Not when they've asked in the moment. In advance — a signature now, and the state handles the rest later, after dementia has taken their voice away.
This is the line. Cross it, and there's no going back.
Because once you can pre-authorize your own death, how long until someone else decides for you? The vulnerable, the elderly, the disabled — the people whose care costs the most are the ones this puts at risk first. We're normalizing the idea that some lives are optional.
And here's the question nobody ever asks: how about we find a cure for it instead?
Every debate about dementia ends the same way — how to manage the ending. Nobody ever mentions curing it. We can build machines that think. But we're told the brain is just too hard. So instead of a cure, they offer a signature.
Start with what's going into people's bodies. Heavy metals in the brain, sprayed on our food, put in our water. Clean that up first. Stop poisoning the well and then acting surprised at what grows there.
But nobody wants that conversation either. After Covid, science is dead — not science itself, but the trust. People watched the goalposts move in real time, watched the experts change their story and call it settled, and they stopped listening. "Trust the science" doesn't mean anything anymore, because the people who said it broke it.
That's why frequency work is becoming extremely popular. Tesla and 3-6-9. Sound, vibration, healing you can feel instead of being told to believe. When the system loses your trust, you go back to something older and more direct. Something you can experience yourself.
And that brings us to the real failure. Synthetic medicine has been humanity's greatest failure, because it doesn't have the God frequency in it. It can manage symptoms. It can numb pain. But it can't heal, because healing is frequency at its core, and you can't manufacture that in a lab.
So here's the choice, plain as I can put it: we can fund the exit, or we can fund the answer. We can keep building a system that offers death in advance while the cure goes unfunded and unmentioned. Or we can demand something better — clean food, clean water, real research, and healing that works with the body instead of against it.
Every ailment has a cure. We just haven't found this one yet — because we'd rather fund the exit than the answer.
I refuse to accept that.

Half of my family has been in Canada for generations… the other half has been here since the very beginning.
I reject joining the failed EU in any capacity. Our soldiers are rolling over in their graves over this.
Fact: Canada has free trade with the EU—signed in 2017.
Fact: Canada has defended and security pacts and agreements with the EU.
Fact: Joining the EU in any capacity is a useless waste of time that does not serve Canadian citizens. It serves solely as a justification for more carbon tax mandates (through CBAM), to sell off Canadas natural resources instead of use them for our benefit to highest buyer.
For the reasons listed above and many more, the fact that Mark Carney is more concerned with doing something for Europe, to save the disaster that is the EU for his globalist friends… and to secure his next job (which will not be in Canada) than he is with doing something for Canadians is an absolute disgrace.

In England, vaccine uptake landed around 70 percent, meaning 30 percent never took a single dose. Denmark came in the same. So did Finland. Africa was even lower. America lands in that same range, roughly 30 percent who never vaccinated.
That number is worth sitting with. Under the largest coordinated propaganda campaign I’ve ever seen, every government on earth, the WHO, the WEF, the UN, all working in lockstep with a twenty four hour news cycle, 30 percent of humanity still said no. Different countries, different media systems, and the number held steady everywhere.
We didn’t even know there were this many of us. People were too afraid to talk about it at work. When employers mandated vaccination to return, I told people to start talking to their coworkers. If the numbers held true in their own workplace, 30 percent of the room could have walked out together.
Thirty percent changes governments. This is an international movement, and we have to keep speaking up loudly, or we lose both free speech and the most powerful chance for change we’ve had in a generation.

Researchers gave office workers who lived under LEDs a 60W incandescent desk lamp. Two weeks later, every one of them had their color vision improve by 25%.
In 2022, the government banned those bulbs for "wasting" energy.
But that "waste" is actually one of the most important nutrients our bodies depend upon, and the improvement lasted for weeks after the lamps were taken away (while nothing changed in the controls).
Decades of forgotten research show the artificial light we replaced it with is a root cause of many inexplicable illnesses (e.g., insomnia, obesity, cancer, and hyperactivity in children).
Here I show what that research found and why Senator Mike Lee’s bill to bring these bulbs back, which has now cleared a Senate committee, matters.🧵
