Ukraine has territories that were taken by Stalin from Romania, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia, and attached to Ukraine, which was part of Soviet Union.
Ukraine is now actively ethnic cleansing all native populations in these regions, under the cover of the Russian-Ukrainian war.

It's a fact, Stalin stole many territories and attached them to the Soviet Union.
Those stolen regions are now part of Ukraine, but the Ukrainians do not want to return them to their neighbors: Romania, Poland, Hungary and Slovakia.
These ethnicities are oppressed in Ukraine.
